Sales person Angela was a terrific person however, my experience there there's nothing short of walking out of there with my head hanging low and feeling like a piece of crap. Just like all the other Hyu experience there there's nothing short of walking out of there with my head hanging low and feeling like a piece of crap. Just like all the other Hyundai and Kia dealerships nothing but marketing scams to get you into the door making you think that they can help you and basically being told that they have programs to help but in fact they're only looking for middle class people with 700 credit scores. All I was told is that I have negative equity on my Nissan Sentra which I already knew. even though they said they have programs in that and incentives for trade-ins that could help take away that equity and either throw a little bit of it in or just take a loss on it to get me into another car -- and it never happened. they never even looked at my car or told me what they were going to give me for a trade-in at all never told me what any of the finance places said that they tried my application when I never even showed me my credit score. Basically told sorry they can't help me have a nice day and walked away to help another customer. honestly would never deal with them again I would just add them to my list of crappy dealerships that say they're going to help an advertising push all these marketing things we can do anything for you. So I'll add them to the list of places like Dickson City Hyundai, major Hyundai, Ken Pollock Mitsubishi, etc., that push all these marketing things down your throat making you feel like there's something that they can do for you instead of being upfront and honest and wasting your time. Would never walk in there again, even if I won money in the lottery was able to pay for my vehicle outright. but after all what do you expect from dealerships that have changed their names like three times More
