Overall a good experience. The sales staff was attentive to my needs and very friendly. My only *complaint* (and it's not really a complaint to be 100% honest) is that their detailing department was so backed up that day that it would have been another hour past paperwork to get the pre-sale detailing done. My salesperson did take the car for a wash but everything else that should have been done was not (taking the foam off the door edges, mats, removing stickers, etc...). The sales person did follow up immediately to an email I sent and had me set up to come in for the detailing and then COVID-19 happened and I didn't want to be around groups of people for a bit so canceled that. I have no doubt that I'll get my detailing service done once this craziness has passed and I'll bump this to a 5 star once that's done. More

Melissa is not who bought the car.I feel I was forced to buy a car I knew I couldn't afford. I came in to see a different car and was told it was sold. Did not offer a car in my price range.
