The made promises they aren't keeping up with, they basically hold you there when they take your key to "appraise" your trade in and don't give it back. The salesman Fred Benson told us they would give us a tank of gas and when i called and had to leave a message for him, its been well over a week and still no return call or tank of gas, They gave us a "we owe you" paper for a remote key starter @ their cost and verbally told us it would be $300 at their cost and when I called the service department they told me $599 for the starter. The whole experience with kia was the worst I have ever dealt with and I will NEVER buy another Kia in my life!!!!!!! More
Both sales person and manager did not follow up with service to balance tires and replace cabin filter. Very poor attention to this matter. Extremely upset/disappointed. Received incomplete autocheck report from dealer when purchased car. Paid for carfax report myself only to find car was damaged. Paul is a great stayed with me the whole time, Paul is a great stayed with me the whole time, offered to come in on his day off. Paul and Danielle did a great job getting me in a car and financed at a good rate. They both stayed an hour after the dealership closed to get me to drive the vehicle home that night.
