Had an appt today. First thing I notice is all the signs that masks are required, which was fantastic! As I open the door and turn to go to the service desk, I notice the advisor not wearing his gaitor (mas that masks are required, which was fantastic! As I open the door and turn to go to the service desk, I notice the advisor not wearing his gaitor (mask), he quickly pulled it up as I approached the desk. Continued to do this every time a customer came in. Then after 20 mins in the waiting area, 2 sales people walked in from across the street, Nick and Ariyonna, Nick had his mask under his nose barely covering his lips and Ariyonna didn’t even have one on. Both were laughing. Another customer also gave a look at her for not wearing one. Last time I checked, we are supposed to wear them for you and you’re supposed to wear them for us! If you have signs posted that I have to wear one, I would assumed that all your sales and service need to wear them as well! I have been a customer of this dealership for my last 4 vehicles and I have seen this place going downhill for years. The waiting area was filthy, even in a pandemic and more cleaning should be done! How do you expect customers to return somewhere they don’t feel safe?? Even after this, the tech didn’t even reset my oil light and made a mistake on my sticker and scribbled it out, messy & unprofessional! I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on and I will also tell my friends and family to do the same! More
