Friendly enough people, but be cautious as they use same tricks as other places. I went on Black Friday, which honestly was just a coincidence but it's involved in the account. My husband and I kept being told what a "great deal" we would get as a result however when it came to looking at the numbers the only deal that was originally applied to the roughly 6,000 dealer markup was money taken off for an electric car rebate that had nothing to do with the dealership. After we brought p that little detail to their attention things end up going a lot smoother.
