Performance Kia, specifically working with Nate Searfoss, Billy, Jeremy, and Austin, allowed me to leave as a happy customer (now for the second time). I showed up being open to trading up but wasn’t fully c Billy, Jeremy, and Austin, allowed me to leave as a happy customer (now for the second time). I showed up being open to trading up but wasn’t fully committed as keeping my monthly payment as close to I could was a priority. Couldn’t make it happen on my first visit (a Saturday), but I discussed keeping me in mind for anything else that comes in. Nate followed up with me the following Monday, and again on Wednesday to let me know some options became available. Showed up, took a test drive and was leaning towards signing on the dotted line. Billy worked with me and got the numbers to work out where I was comfortable and with that was sold! Jeremy worked wonders in being efficient in going over all the paperwork within my short window of available time. & I was out the door in my new(ish) Sportage! I love it so far and will continue to return to Performance Kia for my ongoing routine service needs (& in the future another trade up) due to their continued effort to make their customers feel valued and providing quality customer service all around.
