Excellence isn't a strong enough word! I got into an accident & totaled my car. I was devastated as it was my first car accident ever & I knew my credit was horrible. The chances of me getting into another car was slim. I tried different dealerships in hopes someone could help me out. All I got was the run around or they would get my hopes up & then tell me I am SOL. I heard on the radio about Performance KIA & figured let me give it a shot. Levi was/is amazing! When I told him about my credit history he didn't make me feel like I was a lost cause or that I was a waste of his time. He took all of my financials & worked diligently with the loan department to get me approved. At first, I assumed I would get a used car which would have been fine by me as their used cars are just as prestige as their new ones. He never gave me false hope & kept me in the loop with what was going on. The look on my face when Levi said he got me in a 2017 KIA Forte was priceless. I couldn't/still can't believe that I have a brand new car!! He answered all of my questions & wouldn't let me leave the lot until I was 100% comfortable in the car. Levi was able to get me in a brand new car with a great APR (with my credit), a payment range that I wanted & with NO MONEY DOWN! When my husband is ready to get a new car, we will definitely come back to Performance KIA & look for Levi. It was the best car buying experience anyone could have. Trust me when I say if you are looking to buy a new/used vehicle, Performance KIA is the place!! More

Best Car buying Experience To whom it may Concern Arnie and the team were awesome. I was in the dealership because I gave my friends a To whom it may Concern Arnie and the team were awesome. I was in the dealership because I gave my friends a ride to pickup their new SUV. I saw the Jeep and it was the exact Jeep I was looking for. I spoke with Arnie about my credit situation and the payment I was comfortable with. It got pretty late at the dealership. After sold my friends there car. He worked on me getting into the Jeep. We talked numbers and he told me to come back in the morning and we would have a deal. I left the dealership thinking my credit was not going to be good enough and the payment would be much higher than the 800 dollars we discussed . Arnie called me in the morning told me to come get my Jeep. When I signed the paperwork my payment was 712 a month . I could not believe it. Arnie thanked me for my service and turned on my satellite radio. All in all I have purchased many vehicles in my life. This was by far my best experience . Thank you Arnie and the rest of the team for putting this Veteran back into a dream car. More
