I informed her of my situation, and rather than blow me off, or end the conversation, she asked that I come in and talk with her to see if anything could be established. ...well to my amazement, Danielle and the staff were able to work out a deal with a lending institution, to get me into a 2017 KIA. She treated me with dignity and respect, she was empathetic, not sympathetic....huge difference.
