Even during very challenging times due to supply chain issues, Performance Ford found me the truck I wanted and negotiated a fair price. I visited numerous other dealerships that wanted to charge massive issues, Performance Ford found me the truck I wanted and negotiated a fair price. I visited numerous other dealerships that wanted to charge massive additional costs, Performance was honest and up front with all pricing and availability. DO NOT PLAN ON RETURNING HERE FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE. Do yourself a favor and go to any other dealer. I have never seen such incompetence and a less helpful service department. The fix was so minor I e Do yourself a favor and go to any other dealer. I have never seen such incompetence and a less helpful service department. The fix was so minor I ended up taking my truck home, ordering the part and doing the work myself (despite having to pay OOP) after a week of agony. Nobody reached out (except the salesman Steve) to ask how things went… funny how those customer survey emails only come out when they know they are getting a good review….. More
