I worked with Steve Rieker for the purchase of my Ford Bronco Sport Big Bend. communications via phone, e-mail and text were never ignored. I never felt left by the wayside. He kept me updated with information on a purchase that I wanted and got me into my new Bronco within the deadline that I had given him. I am very pleased with the instruction and explanations on all working features in the vehicle. I felt very confident driving off the lot with my new vehicle. The finance department was very informative and got me my loan immediately. Whenever I called Ford East Hanover, NJ all staff were very pleasant and helpful. I am very pleased with my new Bronco. Performance Ford in East Hanover & Randolph have THE WORST service. This was my first and last Ford. Terrible- took over 7 months to get my automatic start fixed-still isn’t fixed. They never called whe WORST service. This was my first and last Ford. Terrible- took over 7 months to get my automatic start fixed-still isn’t fixed. They never called when my part came in & had to send it back TWICE. The girl is so rude & they just gaslight you there. Worst dealerships I’ve ever worked with. More
