This has been the worst customer service and repair experience I've ever had. My truck has been at their shop since June 6th. Within these couple of months I've had five different service reps work wit experience I've ever had. My truck has been at their shop since June 6th. Within these couple of months I've had five different service reps work with me. The first three were either fired or left. When I called to find out information about my vehicle Paul said Shane (who was the third guy on the job) didn't show up to work and didn't call so he's not sure what's going on. They have been completely unprofessional and unreliable. The only reason I've left my car there as long as I have is because they started the repair and stopped due to backed up shipment, but it's been nearly four months and I'm still waiting on my car. They did not provide me a courtesy vehicle for two and a half months until the fourth guy on the job finally asked me to come in and get a car. I will never ever return to this ford dealer and will certainly never recommend it to anyone. More
