Great experience from start to finish. Steven was professional all the way through delivery and handover. Very happy *****Update after returning for 1st service issue…. As said above Steve in sales is great and purchase process was awesome, but DO NOT PLAN ON RETURNING HERE FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE. Do yourself a favor and go to any other dealer. I have never seen such incompetence and a less helpful service department. The fix was so minor I ended up taking my truck home, ordering the part and doing the work myself (despite having to pay OOP) after a week of agony. Nobody reached out (except the salesman Steve) to ask how things went… funny how those customer survey emails only come out when they know they are getting a good review….. More
