They had the exact bronco I wanted, but I am in Colorado, Anthony went over and above to help me get the funds transferred and get shipping arranged. I have had very positive experience with the exception of one time with sales. Salesman Shamus is excellent. Service is atrocious. Always new staff at Service desk and shop. I experienced mechanics. Attempted to sell Unnecessary parts and unnecessary service on more than one occasion multiple times. Last visit, mechanic cause damage to the vehicle, which have to be debated for the dealer to admit and correct which they did. However, I was given no compensation for not having the car for 3 days. I was also lied to by the service manager. Anthony Rubino. His attitude and customer service is absolutely horrible. He's is condescending and arrogant when speaking to customers. I elevate my complaint to the Vice President Douglas Raleigh, to which I thought was a positive discussion.However, I have not received any responses or emails or updates or telephone calls regarding my complaint or issue. My communications are ignored. I have now place in a complaint to Ford Corporate. DO NOT USE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! More
I recently leased a vehicle from Performance Ford of East Hanover and had a generally positive experience with my sales person, delivery consultant, and finance person. They were all professional and helpful throughout the process. However, I felt there was a lack of transparency when it came to the final pricing. I was initially presented with a cash-out-the-door price both on the showroom floor and again in the finance office. To my surprise, I was later asked to pay more after I declined the warranty. This discrepancy made the process feel somewhat questionable. I would advise future buyers to be vigilant and confirm all final costs before concluding the sale. Despite this issue, the overall service from the staff was commendable. More
