Wish I could give 1/4 of a star. Worst service dept I’ve ever been to. There were days without any kind of update or contact, they didn’t even get to my car until 5 days AFTER my scheduled appointment - ye ever been to. There were days without any kind of update or contact, they didn’t even get to my car until 5 days AFTER my scheduled appointment - yes, I had a scheduled appointment!! Even then, I’m pretty sure they just gave up so they could get me off their back as they said they “couldn’t find anything” - never mind the fact my car wasn’t fixed. Only good thing is they did finally get me a loaner - after a lot of complaining. Still...my car is not fixed, and I’m not sure I wanna take it back for a re-do! More

Won't be going back They had my car for almost 4 weeks for a minor repair. Charged an undisclosed diagnostic fee for a repair I chose not to have done. Quote was $1007 fo They had my car for almost 4 weeks for a minor repair. Charged an undisclosed diagnostic fee for a repair I chose not to have done. Quote was $1007 for service completed, we paid over $1300. They tore up my interior door panel of my excellent condition car and refused to do anything about it. All bad. More

I however spent 5 hours awaiting completion after being an hour early on arrival with an empty waiting room. My previous visit to this service location was worse. My vehicle was there for a full day 7am - almost 6pm which still left the recall replacements incomplete. I was unable to get a loaner vehicle, and ended up having to pay for a rental car instead of spending my entire day in their waiting room. There's a serious need for improvement in this department. More

Suggested I make an appointment for another day. Website needs to be amended to say appointment highly suggested. Service was impeccable but website and counter not on same page as to what Express oil change is. More

It was a frustrating experience because after the 3 hrs drive to help him, it took over 4 hrs to get a tow truck (@ no fault of Precision Chrysler Dodge). After finally getting the car in for repair, I was kept informed of every step of the process. Jane, the service advisor, called me on different occasions to inform me of what they found and the cost. She was professional and courteous as we dealt with the issue. Car was ready on time. More

I walked over and met Adam, their Service manager. Adam literally dropped what he was doing and helped me out immediately. He and his service team diagnosed the problem and had me back on the road within an hour. Reasonable price. I'm headed back to Performance next week so they can checkout the Jeep heating system. My experience with them was great. I recommend. More
10/10 would recommend. Performance is priced to sell, and very accommodating. They even let me take the car I purchased over night to ensure it was the one! Carmen in finance was pleasure. She diligently took her time explaining the extended service contracts. Tim Fritz and Tim Bowers made my experience FUN! All of the sales staff had bright smiles on their faces and made me feel at home. If you’re not at Performance then you’re at the wrong place! Phenomenal! More
Horrible experience I entered into the Dealership with intent to purchase a very specific vehicle. i had the plan of what i needed and the price it would cost to have it I entered into the Dealership with intent to purchase a very specific vehicle. i had the plan of what i needed and the price it would cost to have it built. I went in on a Saturday and presented my plan dependent on a trade in, rebates that existed, and the APR that they offered. The Salesman reviewed the information, and said he would text me on Monday with numbers. When he text on Monday, he did not have any of the information i requested, but tried to get me to confirm the purchase in writing over text. I responded with a request for the numbers i asked for, but he refused to send it in writing and asked me to come back in. 4 hrs later i came into the Dealership to find the Salesperson playing on his phone, and he did not have any of the numbers ready. he took me over to his Boss who half worked on the numbers and half took other phone calls. The Salesman and Supervisor both could not tell me if the rebates would be availible when the car came in, offered me the lowest trade in possible and gave some unrelated excuse that " if someone bought that car at an auction, they could get it cheaper". The entire time i was there the staff appeared indifferent about selling cars, like i was inconvieniencing them with my attempt. They use underhanded and decieptful tactics, and were completely incompetent. If you do any research prior to going into this dealership, you will notice this as well. i went in there with intent to purchase, and their presentation talked me out of it. i would not go there again. More
We found what we were looking for! Shopped on line. Text with a rep. Went in, test drove the truck. Talked with Lois. Got a deal from the GM. Came back the next day. Got a lower % rate from the dealer than we did from our bank. Signed papers with Carmen. Drove home. Short and sweet. Everyone was great. Truck is more than we could have asked for. More
