i TOOK MY 2014 JEEP CHEROKEE IN FOR SOME MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR .THE VEHICLE HAS 800000 MILES ON IT AND THE ESTIMATE TO COMPLETE ALL REPAIRS WAS $4960.00 . AFTER GOING THROUGH THE FACTORY WARRANTY REPRESENT REPAIR .THE VEHICLE HAS 800000 MILES ON IT AND THE ESTIMATE TO COMPLETE ALL REPAIRS WAS $4960.00 . AFTER GOING THROUGH THE FACTORY WARRANTY REPRESENTATIVE , I WAS TOLD THAT MY TOTAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSE WOULD BE $1500.00 .HAVING KEPT MY VEHICLE FOR OVER A MONTH I AM VERY UNHAPPY TO REPORT THAT THE PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS AND THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE . Service was subpar of my expectations. 1. I dropped my Service was subpar of my expectations. 1. I dropped my vehicle off on Monday 1/27/2020. 2. Did not receive any updates of the status of my vehicle Service was subpar of my expectations. 1. I dropped my vehicle off on Monday 1/27/2020. 2. Did not receive any updates of the status of my vehicle until Wednesday when I tried calling Monday and Tuesday. 3. Once I spoke with the service manager, she informed me that the service tech couldn't find anything wrong with the vehicle. Asked me to come and drive it on Thursday morning to try to duplicate the problem. 4. Went out on Thursday and test drove my vehicle and imeaditealy the Tech felt and heard the problem on my transmission slipping. 5. Received a call close to the time of close of business 5:45ish and VM left started that after the tech raised my vehicle that he recommended that the transfer case need to be replaced. 6. I called Friday morning and talked with the service manager and she stated that the case need to be replaced. I asked for a timeline, maybe days or weeks and she stated that it may be MONTHS. That Chrysler could not give a timeline on the part. I told her I need time to think about it. 7. Monday I call and spoke with Amber (head of service), she promptly went to the tech and checked the status of the part. She called me back within 30 min and told me that the part would be in on Friday the 7th. Special rush order. Throughout this process, Savanna was not friendly as a first line of service. Her social and customer service skills was not inviting. I decided to get a second opinion, based on the Tech not being familiar with how the car operated. After getting the second opinion, I decided to have my work done at a service center that was willing to explain that there was a leak on the case is why the case need to be replaced. I never was told over the phone, only when I read the report that there was a leak on the case. This is the 2nd time that I have had my car serviced at Performance on loop rd and both times were not good experience. I purchased my vehicle there. Its amazing how when I pulled up to by the vehicle, the red carpet was rolled out. But taking it in for service, the lack of communication has turnt me off from this dealer and will not take my vehicle back nor purchase any other vehicle or recommend the service department in any way shape or form. I hate when someone spends $$$$ to buy a vehicle, and all I felt is that was the end. The level of service should be maintained as a new customer. I did not find this at Performance. I wish I had a better experience, but I didn't. More

No customer loyalty. My Chr 300 was totaled 2 weeks after buying a oil change package. I requested they transfer it to the 2019 ram Laramie I bought new from them. They wouldnt do it.. I have one oil change buying a oil change package. I requested they transfer it to the 2019 ram Laramie I bought new from them. They wouldnt do it.. I have one oil change left on my ram, after that I will use another dealer for service and purchasing new vehicle. I hope your decision was worth it.. More
