Our experience at Jeepland started a couple of weeks before with emergency service on an '07 Liberty. Everyone was kind and professional and we were so impressed we went back to buy a replacement. Jane and Adam certainly get 5 stars for service! Libby was great about coordinating our appointment and Kyle was more like an advisor than a salesperson. Doug did his job thoroughly but wasn't pushy getting us checked out.My wife hates car buying so much it was a challenge to get her to go. When we left, she was the happiest I'd seen her when buying a car. Thank you so much for a GREAT experience. More
Youve had the car in service for about as long as Ive had it Over the past 4 years from Chrysler, I have purchased a 2018 Dodge Dakota, 2017 Dodge Charger RT, 2018 2500 Limited 6.5L Hemi, 2018 Dodge Charger Day Over the past 4 years from Chrysler, I have purchased a 2018 Dodge Dakota, 2017 Dodge Charger RT, 2018 2500 Limited 6.5L Hemi, 2018 Dodge Charger Daytona and a few months ago, I bought my 2018 dream car from you last October. What started as a dream has now become a nightmare. It started with day one of buying the car. I cant get the plates because I don’t have a title. I call the bank and they said they don’t have the title work from the dealership and I need to contact them. From there is was a month of back and forth and finger pointing with multiple trips to the dealership so long that the temp tag expired before I had a title to get a plate. One month into having the car, I get a service call that it was time for a checkup. Odd, but I love the car so I take it in. Having it in service for a week, everything checks out, but it needs an oil change. Again, odd saying I had only had the car for a month. $100 dollars and a month later I get a nail in the middle of the tread (I have the inspection video), but apparently the tech couldn’t plug it, so you’ll need a $300 tire, oh and you need them to match so you require two of them.. $600 later, I go to pick up the car on the lot and the window was down. Odd saying it is winter, and raining. Did the lot tech not notice, or just not care? Driving home I cannot get the window to go up at all, so back to the service center. That was January 29th. It is now March 3rd. Apparently that sensor is harder to locate than a trustworthy service center, because now it has been 5 weeks.. Yes, all through February and going into March in trying to obtain the part they need. So, $600 a month for a car payment, $100 oil change on a new car, $600 in tires; equals $3,700.00 for a car that lives at the service station (that wont call me back or keep me updated). If I ever do get the car back, I will never return to this service station or dealership again and go back to my trusted Kings location. More
