This is all about Jimmy Horton the sales manager not honoring his salesman's handshake. I bought a 2019 Honda CRV for cash on 11/18/23. My only objection was the lo-jack at $499.00. The salesman said. W honoring his salesman's handshake. I bought a 2019 Honda CRV for cash on 11/18/23. My only objection was the lo-jack at $499.00. The salesman said. Would we have a deal if that was removed? I said yes and we shook. Jimmy came over a few minutes later and said we never met, I never agreed to that. We have three other buyers interested in that car. I bought the car but it has left a bitter taste. How dare he. The highlight of this experience was the condition I got the car in. The guy that cleaned the car did a very nice job. So kudos to him. The finance experience would have been fine had the person not been so concerned with collecting the $50.00 fee to transfer the plates. After we said no to that she pointed out, oh if you had your old plate we could have done that for the $6.00 transfer fee. Which of course we did and it wasn't mentioned until after the paperwork had been issued for a temporary tag. Their greed for a few dollars is really kind of disgusting. I won't do business with them again. More

Since we were there at night we did not notice that the tread on the right rear tire was less than 40%. When I followed up with Tristan regarding the low tread life he asked for pictures. When he did respond with a price it was $250 installed and I could get the same tire for $190 at a Goodyear dealership (for a Kelly Edge Touring tire). Very disappointed that the salesperson did not stand behind their statement as to the quality of their inspections. Just make darn sure you inspect the vehicle and get anything in writing regarding the vehicle. Also, we had to go to the nearby Jeepland store in order to get the paperwork completed as the Finance person at that site was out of the office. It was over 3.5 hours to complete the purchase and the paperwork. A bit frustrating given we had not had dinner. Tristan is a good salesperson but believe the dealership is not the best. More

Had to bring in my truck 4 times in the first month of purchase. Later found out they did nothing to the car one of those times just turned off the check engine light. The last two were for both CAT conve purchase. Later found out they did nothing to the car one of those times just turned off the check engine light. The last two were for both CAT converters. When my wife picked up the truck the last time, Jamie there treated her horribly and gaslighted her. Told her shes lucky he didn’t just take the truck back and be done with the headache. And we’re lucky he didn’t just put an after market cat convertor on the truck. It has been 2 months and we have yet to receive a list of the work done to the truck. I have asked several times and have not received it. I have called and they don’t even have information on 3/4 times the truck has been in for work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using the service here. The buying process was smooth. But I fear the vehicle I purchased might have had previous issues I wasn’t privy to knowing. Timeline of events 7/29 purchased truck. Check Engine Light came on as we left the dealership. We brought back in later that days They took the engine light off and said to call if it came on. Said it could be O2 sensor or something with the fuel tank. The light came back on that day. 7/30 brought it in for work 7/30-8/3 “worked on 02 censor” but we were later told they actually did nothing. It sat there for a few days and they took the engine light off. 8/4 light came back on- we dropped it off and picked up on 8/11 was told it was the cat converter and 02 sensor. 8/25 check engine light comes on again so brought it in again 8/31 pick up told it was other car converter. Wife was gaslighted and treated very poorly by staff. More
I had spoken with about 10 dealers before settling at Performance Auto in Centersville. Honesty, Integrity, and Transparency separated them from the rest. This dealer was out of state and I new I would have a long commute. Haley was sincere and kind. She was true to her word about taxes, fees, and addons before I arrived at the dealership. She worked to get the best deal that this dealer had to offer and was not overbearing about financing. Tim was entertaining and down to earth. I highly recommend this team. If you are looking for a Jeep or Ram this is a safe place to do business. More
