My repair took way too long and also I do not believe I was given as much information as available. I learned through a friend that 2021 GM 6.2L lifters have failure problems. After a quick Google search was given as much information as available. I learned through a friend that 2021 GM 6.2L lifters have failure problems. After a quick Google search it appears GM has known about this problem for a year. I was led to believe the dealer didn’t know what was wrong with the truck for two weeks when the reality is everyone Internet laid the problem - both the symptoms and fix. My truck was no different. Im also hearing customers complaining that problems persist after the fix. I am not specifically blaming the service rep. He’s doing what he’s told More

I went in for an oil change. That was taken care of, the car was washed and cleaned inside. As I was driving away I noticed uneven tire pressure. Front tires were 35 psi and r That was taken care of, the car was washed and cleaned inside. As I was driving away I noticed uneven tire pressure. Front tires were 35 psi and rear tires were 37 psi according to the car's computer. I wish they had checked that for me. It would have a big help and I would have given them a 5 star rating. More
