I was promised a loaner car when I made the appointment but was told loaner cars aren’t given for factory recall fixes. Then they cleaned car for me but must have put too much armor all on tires. The wet armor all had created splash marks all over the car. When I mentioned to the person when they called me they said too bad I hadn’t given them 5 stars. Because if I had given them 5 stars they would have given me a free detail service! More
