The service went well as it usually does. What is frustrating is the constant calls from your dealership to upgrade. We get calls almost every day and sometimes multiple times a day! When I came for service service dept didn’t know parts were in. I was told to go parts dept. he took 20 minutes to check parts were in. Then I went back to service then see Diane to make appointment . I w were in. I was told to go parts dept. he took 20 minutes to check parts were in. Then I went back to service then see Diane to make appointment . I waited so long for parts. Then I found out they ordered wrong part , I waited more then 2 hours . Lamp was fixed now I have to wait right part come in, I believe this is terrible service . I never complain but this time I was really upset . GMC needs improvement.gor service and part dept. More
