It was one of the worst experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle. The issues were not the result of the salesman that ultimately delivered the vehicle since this was the 3rd salesman I had to deal with. T a vehicle. Took my Yukon in for an oil change. You pull right up to a garage door that opens and you drive in. The valet takes your keys and gives you a number. The service lead takes a scanner You pull right up to a garage door that opens and you drive in. The valet takes your keys and gives you a number. The service lead takes a scanner to your ODP port and grabs the info. The vehicle is brought back for service and an hour later I was done. Very nice system they have there. More
