I have to say. The whole process went extremely well. No pressure at all. I was between two vehicles to choose from. Leonard and Jalex were helpful but not pushy. I was told that regular 15000 mile service on my car was going to be 450 with a discount and then I told service that there was a whistling sound in my car and it is still there with no feedback that they w going to be 450 with a discount and then I told service that there was a whistling sound in my car and it is still there with no feedback that they were not able to find anything or that they fixed something. Randolph dealership said service for 15000 is under 100. Very diappointing being that I have gotten my cars there for years. I do not know who is responsible- so I do not want to blame dwight specifically, but when we asked questions about the cost of service we were not given any options, and again, the sound was not tended to nor was it addressed being that it appears they could not find the problem. Definitely rethinking where I lease next time. More
