I had two visits for a window issue. It was determined at the first visit that a part needed to be ordered and would take a few days.Anderson Sanchez kept me informed what was happening It was determined at the first visit that a part needed to be ordered and would take a few days.Anderson Sanchez kept me informed what was happening and I was given a ride home and then back to pick up car. On my second visit Dwight Phillips handled everything for me keeping me informed about the repair. He arranged a courtesy car for the day for me. We dropped our Enclave off for its 30000 mile service, it was done in a timely manner. When driving home we noticed the alignment was off. Since the service dept was closed by then, we called the next mornin was done in a timely manner. When driving home we noticed the alignment was off. Since the service dept was closed by then, we called the next morning. They were very accommodating and gave us an appointment for the next day. The issue was resolved, and we will continue to recommend Performance GMC BUICK. More
