Always a non stressful visit when I need maintenance or service. John was pleasant and kept me informed of the work needed and time it would take. My only concern was not with John or the dealership but service. John was pleasant and kept me informed of the work needed and time it would take. My only concern was not with John or the dealership but with the repair needed. On research I found this a common occurrence ("shift to park" message that causes the car to behave as if it's in neutral) on Encore GX and was likely a faulty part so I I think GM should do a recall. I'm out of warranty so had to fully pay for the expensive repair. More
