service was unfortunately not good , start with no loner car . second brake service done previously with a second grade pads . service associated told me that the time when work was performed they didn't ha car . second brake service done previously with a second grade pads . service associated told me that the time when work was performed they didn't have the good pads , however I still got charge regular price or wasn't given a opportunity to decline the part that was used. so I took the truck somewhere else and just got the new brake done for half price. I don't believe I will service my truck back at performance Buick. More

I brought my truck back in to have a part replaced under warranty which was ordered a few weeks ago. They were able to schedule an appointment within a week of receiving the part and provide me with a loner warranty which was ordered a few weeks ago. They were able to schedule an appointment within a week of receiving the part and provide me with a loner car while the work was being completed. They started looking at my truck as soon as I dropped it off, right before they closed and everything was done early the next morning. The service advisor, Norman called me to let me know my truck was ready for pickup and told me that he personally checked my truck to make sure the new part was working as designed. When I got to the dealership that evening, Norman everything that was done and even walked outside with me to show me exactly what part was changed and made sure I was satisfied with the repair. More

I was less than impressed with my experience. I felt that everything was not explained fully on my used Buick purchase. It took 5 1/2 hrs to complete the sale at 10.30 at night. I was told I ha I felt that everything was not explained fully on my used Buick purchase. It took 5 1/2 hrs to complete the sale at 10.30 at night. I was told I had to pay for a certified pre owned warranty. This cost me $3000 dollars for an extra one year bumper to bumper and another 2 years powertrain. I was extremely upset that I had to pay this much for so little. A brand new car extended warranty costs that much. I don’t think I would be a repeat customer here. I phoned the dealership many times and was told someone would call me back. Calls do not get returned. More
