Purchased a vehicle on Monday 11/22 only to have a Wow we didn’t realize that an official Nissan dealership was in the business of scamming people. Purchased a vehicle on Monday 11/22 only to have a check engine light come on Wednesday morning! Took it back in and they had it for 8 days! Stated it was all fixed only to pick it up last night and have the engine lights all back on this morning! Service department magically cannot provide proof or documentation of what services were performed while they had it for 8 days and of course they’re going to need to keep it a while longer to see why the light is on. This is shady! You cannot tell me they replaced the turbo and paid out who knows how many mechanic hours but they don’t have documentation of what all was completed?! So as our first truck payment approaches,the dealership has had our vehicle for 10 days and we’ve only had it for 2! I’m not convinced that this is bad luck, more like bad business and poor ethical behavior. Was hoping to resolve this between the dealership and us but looks like we will be getting in contact with other resources and outlets to ensure we don’t continue to get the run around. We will NEVER buy another vehicle from this dealership and we will tell everybody who will listen to avoid going here! More

Drove 3.5 hours to the dealership after a “Director” reached out and assured the vehicle was available, once at the store the salesman was more interested in taking the keys to our trade, rather than sh reached out and assured the vehicle was available, once at the store the salesman was more interested in taking the keys to our trade, rather than showing us a or the car in question. After fabricating stories on why the car was no longer available and how the could get a car from “…Sister stores,” we left the lions den. Don’t release your keys! Very aggressive atmosphere inside & out! More
