I live at I-17 and Happy Valley rd in North Phoenix. I was called by Alicia and told that she has a car for me. I specified that it would have to be a 350z auto for $500 month (payment) with only $500 dow was called by Alicia and told that she has a car for me. I specified that it would have to be a 350z auto for $500 month (payment) with only $500 down with no co-signers. I then gave her my info to run my credit. After test driving a new 2008 350z pearl white auto, we sat down and she says that the finace department said that they need $3,000 down and $788 monthly. I said again to her that I had already told what the deal has to be for me to drive out of my way to the dealership and she said she was told that they could sell me a car and thats what she was going off of. As well this is what the finace department wants now. This is now way to treat customers. Telling customers false information to get them to wast their time and go out of their way. I left very upset and was reminded why I have already bought 2 cars from dealerships in Avondale and not from the Bell road dealerships. More
Where do I start..They start by lying to you that they are all about service. The general manager's email to me states "we strive to create a relationship that earns us a lifetime customer. We want you t are all about service. The general manager's email to me states "we strive to create a relationship that earns us a lifetime customer. We want you to service with us, buy more vehicles from us, and most importantly, feel comfortable in recommending us to your friends." Yeah right! I bought my car from them out of state. Before I picked up the car I asked them to have the car cleaned inside & out. The interior had blood splattered all over the passenger seat, sunroof and paneling. Their was garbage under the seats, the floors were covered in dog hair. The engine was filthy. The grill was not attached to the car, the struts were bad, the hood lifts were broken. And all of this was new to the salesman selling the car. When I asked him about what certain knobs/buttons were he had no idea. During the final paperwork, the man was combative and would not answer my questions regarding warranties, etc. He "worked for the owner, not the sales team" he said. As if my my questions were inappropriate. After deciding to buy the car because I was getting a good deal, I left. I had 1000 miles to drive home. After driving 450 miles the car had major issues. The lights failed, a warning light that said the brakes had failed came on, I had zero rpms, no hazards, no heat, the doors would not lock, and more. I immediately called the dealer and reported this to the salesman and the manager. They said that they would take care of everything, just be safe. After getting it to the dealer in my hometown, the chief mechanic determined that the electrical system had failed, the radiator was cracked and more. When I contacted the salesman, multiple managers, and even the general manager they just ignored me and my calls. They wanted nothing to do with me now that I owned the car. It took me 2 weeks to get them to cover the price of a new radiator only. I would have to pay for installation and any other costs to the car. Overall worst dealer I have ever dealt with, and we recently bought a new saturn from the saturn dealer in Boise, ID- they were great. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH PEORIA NISSAN. I DON'T CARE HOW GOOD THE DEAL IS, IT'S NOT WORTH THE HASSLE OF WORKING WITH THIS BUSINESS. I HAVE CONTACTED THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE ARIZONA ATTORNEY GENERAL REGARDING THIS DEALERSHIP. Please take my advice. I am not mad about being treated badly, I am truly frustrated about such bad service and the lack of steps that they have taken to ensure my happiness and safety. More

I got to the dealership, and see that the 370Z's (probably all of their cars for that matter) have a "Market Adjustment" of $5000 on the addendum. They're high! I am not going to pay MSRP let alone some insane dealer markup. Anyone who buys a car from them over MSRP (with the exception of the Nissan GT-R) is crazy. I have not heard back yet from the salesman who had originally called me, but I am going to ask for their "best and final" price. If it's over MSRP, I am done talking to them, click, goodbye. I looked at Avondale Nissan, and they do not have these silly "Market Adjustments" or any addendums for that matter. I have not looked at any other Nissan dealerships in the Phoenix area other than Peoria Nissan and Avondale Nissan. More
This was the worst caqr buying experience I have ever had. Dave called me several times after seeing my interest online, and convinced me they could trade in my dmanged 03 Mazda 6 for a 08 Altima. I came had. Dave called me several times after seeing my interest online, and convinced me they could trade in my dmanged 03 Mazda 6 for a 08 Altima. I came it, spent the entire day being haggled around, then left with my new car. 3 weeks later they called so say they could not get me financed after all. It was understandable since I am recently divorsed, and my credit dropped tremendously. I checked my credit online and discovered it had dropped over 16 points because they had so many banks pull it. When dealing with Eric throughout the end process, he was extremely rude and uninterested. His attitude was 'its not my problem'. When I cam to to return the car and pick up my old one, Eric took his time meeting with me, then had a very bad attitude for someone who works in customer service. I got in my car and started to drive off, when I realized my registration (from Texas - registration is in the form of a sticker you put on your car) sticker was missing. I pulled back in the dealership and saw my back license plate was gone. I went back in and called for Eric, who took another 15 minutes to come back down, and who walked around slowly talking on his phone like he could care less. After waiting for 30 minutes, I got pretty heated over the entire experience - none of this should have happened had they done their job right in the first place. So I began to ask the receptionist to call Eric over and over. Eventually he come over with 'No one took your stuff, you must have it'. Dave had taken the sticker off in front of me when I had 'bought' the car earlier. I got heated and began yelling ... in which Eric said "Ok, I wohn't be helping you then." He put his phone away and walked away. I found out he was the fleet manager, and so I began walking around asking for anyone to help. The other salesmen were nicer, and tried to explain Dave's actions and apologize for the mess. I ended up leaving that night after 2 1/2 hours, with no registration or license plate. I cannot believe a Manager would be so rude, and have zero customer service skills. He even told me I had an attitude and didn't need his help. What a jerk! More

On our way thru the finance office, Peoria Nissan suggested that we install a remote start - alarm thru a Dealers Unlimited for a small fee. They wrote it into the finance package and we signed the deal. I`ll admit, I was hesitant at first, due to the extra fee, but I felt totally comfortable that we were being referred to a company that did good work. Fast forward to May 17th, 2008. I park the truck at an Auto Zone and go inside to buy 10amp fuses for the dome light - it had gone out recently, and I figured I would go ahead and fix it. I pressed the remote start and the truck was running for about 20 seconds before I came out. When I looked up, the cab was filling with smoke. I quickly opened the driver-side door to let the smoke out, and ran around to open the passenger door. The smoke got worse and I pulled open the fuse box and started randomly removing fuses to kill the fire. I realized the battery would do it in one move so I disconnected the battery instead. The fire went out and I began replacing fuses in the fuse panel. I didnt get to finish putting them all back and I didnt check for accuracy. I had the truck towed to the dealership. Here is where the nightmare started... Josh Dombak (sp?) was assigned to the truck. I told him my story and he had his guy look at the truck. They found a 20amp fuse in the dome light slot - I accidentally put that there after the battery was disconnected - there was a 15 amp in there to begin with. He also had someone from Dealer Unlimited look at it. Both techs could not pin point what had started the fire. At this point, its pretty obvious that the remote start had something to do with it. I called our insurance agency and had someone go out and look - they could only conclude that the remote start was a possible cause - nothing else. At one point, Josh admitted that it couldnt be a fuse issue. I mentioned that I thought the right thing to do is Nissan would need to speak to Dealer Unlimited to arrange who would pick up the bill. They kept saying I needed to open an insurance claim to pay for it. WHY??? How is it MY FAULT that Dealer Unlimited conducted a faulty install in my vehicle? Why isnt Nissan stepping up and holding the company they referred us to liable for the damages. How is it that Peoria Nissan is able to get away with this dirty tactic? Should I file a lawsuit against them? How about I cover the map and go to each and every news media team and expose this unethical move to rip off a loyal customer? They have taken this opportunity to show just how little they value their customers. DONT DO BUSINESS AT PEORIA NISSAN! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR NEEDS. THEY JUST WANT YOUR DAMN MONEY!! More
i purchased my vehicle here and had no issues with sales staff i have returned for service a few times and been mildly disappointed with poor customer service: -not washing the car when specifically req staff i have returned for service a few times and been mildly disappointed with poor customer service: -not washing the car when specifically requested and agreed to by a service advisor -extremely poor time estimates on routine maintenance -being called and informed that vehicle is ready, but when I show up an hour later, it still is not ready recently an oil change service was performed as routine maintenance, immediately afterwards my A/C system was found to be not functioning properly - no one else has been working on the vehicle and it has not been involved in any extreme situations - it seems unlikely that anything else caused this situation and that it must have been disrupted during maintenance somehow (accidentally or on purpose) - when service was contacted they refused to look at the car, after speaking to a supervisor he agreed to look at it and see what happened, but refused to deal with it on the weekend when i am able to bring in the car - they are unwilling to deal with an issue that they most likely caused and are making excuses as to why i can't bring the vehicle in at my convenience - this seems a major extension of smaller issues noted above - if only they would clean up their mess - very POOR service indeed More

To make a long story short, I was interested in purchasing a Nissan Altima. I went in without my fiancee, and agreed to let them run MY credit. I really wanted the car so I let them talk me into si purchasing a Nissan Altima. I went in without my fiancee, and agreed to let them run MY credit. I really wanted the car so I let them talk me into signing the contract in order to hold the vehicle until the next day when my fiancee could come down to the dealership and give them written permission to run his credit and sign for the car.

They basically thanked me for purchasing the car and told me to get insurance by the next day when we could both come in and he could sign the contract.

We talked it over and decided that we were going to look around a little while longer because we didn't think it was that great of a deal for that particular car.

We went back the next day and of course they thought that we were back to close the deal. When we told them we changed our mind they started threatening us. They told us that the car was ours and that if we didn't drive it home by the next day they would have it towed and send us the bill for it. I asked how that could be if he never signed the contract, or gave them permission to run his credit and they said they would just rip that contract up because little did I know they had me sign 2 contracts, one with my fiancee on it and the other with just my name on it. So they would basically just use me. I proceeded to tell them that the vehicle was not mine because nor did I have insurance on it but I did not drive it off the lot! I told them that I would call my lawyer and they said if I did that they would have it towed right away and it would be my problem.

Little did they know that I had spoken with the manager at Midway Chevrolet and found out that they have the same owner. He told me that the vehicle was never mine as long as I didn't drive it off the lot. He personally called the big manager over at Peoria Nissan and tried to purchase the car from them and sell it to us at a cheaper price. They found out that it was for me and would not sell it to Midway, instead the big boss asked us to come in and talk with her so she could sweeten up the deal. All she offered was $500 off the car price. What a waste of time!

This dealership will do anything for money! I would not recommend this dealership unless you don't care about money. They lied, and not to mention this was a manager. To make it even worse a few weeks later we recieved a few letters from banks thanking my fiancee for applying for a loan from them, which means that they ended up runnung his credit without a signature!
