I'd say I was in and out of there in just a short couple of hours. The finance guy was extreamely fast doing the paperwork, which also sped up the time. Thanks Eric. Quynh, that's for the wheels too. That really made the car stabd out; best part, my wife loved it! Another customer service they provided was helping me drive the car home since I wasn't trading one in (Kind-of hard driving two cars home by yourself. This was my second car that I bought there and I'm sure there will be a third! More

As a Canadian looking for the best value in sport utility I was fortunate to find Peoria Nissan. My plight as a sight unseen cross border buyer rests with finding comfort in painstakingly covering the smallest detail, finding trust relying on persons unknown for accurate, fair, and honest representation, finding stead worthiness in open, fair, clear transaction and legalities, finding ease with clear concise prompt communication and last but not least finding unwavering reputation in standing behind product and word. From my first point of contact Joe Macke, Fleet & Internet Manager was my guy! From the start it was clear Joe was product & industry savvy, kind, respectable, and prompt in addressing my every concern – I was in good hands! In the end, after taking receipt of my 2006 Armada , after Federal and a very comprehensive 170 point out of province inspection, after a 400 mile test drive in returning home from the border my family and I are very, very, pleased. The Armada is as described down to the smallest detail. NO UNTOWARD SURPRISES! Am I overstating my experience – NO! I have a reputation for being as honest as the day is long and simply call them as I see them – fairly! Joe worked hard, accessory staff at Peoria Nissan worked hard, while I was working hard finding the best value through no more than telephone and email. All involved are to be commended and clearly deserve the accolades herein. I’ll be back! May 2010 Wayne LaRivere St Albert, Alberta Canada More
I would recommend this dealership because they really will do what it takes to help people get into new vehicles. I just went in to look to see if they had a used truck I saw on their website. It was sol will do what it takes to help people get into new vehicles. I just went in to look to see if they had a used truck I saw on their website. It was sold so we did start discussing new vehicles. I expressed that the Rogue would be the best fit for my family and wasn't sure if I could afford it with no money down and my trade. After looking at a couple of used trucks, Quynh had gone to Eric, explained what we were doing and what was said. Then he comes to me and makes a very attractive deal for a Rogue. And I got it! What I was most impressed with was how much I got for the trade! I've been to a Dodge and Chevy dealers and they didn't even get close. Heck they didn't even really try to sell me a vehicle. I've always believed in buying American. I have in the past. With everything that has happened in the past year. Government bailouts of American car companies with taxpayers money, GM's CEO in a commercial flat out lying to us bout how they paid back the money, and my recent past experience in their dealerships. It's really nice to know that there's an alternative to the giant egos of the big 3 and their unions who cause the high prices of their not so exciting vehicles. So now I'm glad that when I decided to go elsewhere, I went to Nissan, bought my wife a good looking and reliable brand new vehicle that we can afford and I got it at Peoria Nissan. Thanks again to the staff there. More
After researching dealer reviews on the Internet, the ads for Peoria Nissan caught my eye. Specifically the "stuckontheroof.com" event. I have been looking at and was really liking the Nissan Maxima and t for Peoria Nissan caught my eye. Specifically the "stuckontheroof.com" event. I have been looking at and was really liking the Nissan Maxima and the Sentra. A huge difference in cars I know, but the styling of both is what drew me to them. Prior to arriving at the dealer, I used their online form to do a credit application. I was given an appointment via email for the next day at 5pm. As I arrived at the dealership, I was warmly greeted by a sales person and stated that I had an appointment that day. I was introduced to Al Dimperio. Al began our interview by asking me what I was looking for and the payment or price range I was hoping to get. Al started with the Nissan Versa Sedan. The car was very roomy for it's size and was nice, but after being introduced to the silver Nissan Sentra I was hooked. The car rode beautifully, was roomy and the CVT transmission made shifting non-existent. It was as if the car had one gear. Very smooth and quiet ride. After we negotiated the deal, and let me emphasize "negotiated", which meant it was a two way conversation and not a grudge match of wits and words, we came to a deal I could live with. The icing on the cake of dealing with all of these folks was the financing. Jennifer made the process VERY informative, upfront, honest and clear. No hidden fees, nothing to haggle, it was a perfect experience. I will definitely go back to Peoria Nissan when I need another car. WOW!!! More
Very friendly and got me in the car that best suited me, my needs and the price I could afford. The financing department is great and is working to get me the best interest rate. I worked with Pete Saenz and he was very friendly as well and has been great with explaining anything I had questions about. I went to this dealer because I have heard so many excellent things about them and it is true. I heard the service department is great and I will more than likely take my car to get serviced there. Al Dimperio introducted me to Darrell Wilson in the service department and he was very friendly and professional and I will ask for him each time I need to take my car in. More

He even called after we made the purchase and followed up with us to make sure that we were satisfied with the car. Even when we canceled a special maintenance program, he acknowledged receiving our email. We strongly recommend Mr. Michael Neal and his bosses to any of our friends. All employees were pleasant and kind. More
My husband and I decided to use the internet to shop for an Altima. within minutes if submitting our interest we were contacted by Scott from peoria Nissan and a few other dealerships. What really stood out an Altima. within minutes if submitting our interest we were contacted by Scott from peoria Nissan and a few other dealerships. What really stood out was the fact that Scott took the time to read our request and was able to provide answers to our specific questions very quickly. after speaking with several other dealerships we decided to visit Scott at Peoria Nissan, turnes out he is the internet manager. with quote in hand we looked at not only the Altima, but the Maxima and Murano as well. Scott knew his stuff and was able to help uis come to a rational decision. He explained the vehicles very thoroughly. He made us feel comfortable and looked us in the eye during our discussion. Bottom line is we learned several things during our trip to Peoria Nissan, one of them being always use the internet department. Another being, don't waste your time with sales people who can;t answer your questions and look you in the eyes. I would definately recomend Peoria Nissan and especially Scott Smith. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. You want honesty and integrity? Go see Scott. We absolutly love our Altima and our experience purchasing it. More

Over the last 6 years, my family has purchased two 2004 Frontiers, a 2002 Frontier, two 350z's, a 2005 Sentra, and a 2005 Xterra from Peoria Nissan. My '04 Frontier was getting old, and I thought I would try to get a newer vehicle. I went onto Peoria Nissan's website and found a few vehicles that I liked and went to the dealership to check them out. I test drove one and LOVED it. We talked about a deal, and I said I could only put $1000 down and I would trade in my '04, but my payments could be no more than $450 a month. I would also have a co-signer. I go thru all the hoops, negotiating, and they could only come up with $5000 down and $700 a month. I said "no way" and left. About a week later I get a call from another sales "manager" and he says he has something and we could work out a deal based on the information I gave. So cool, I go back to the dealership and try again. NOPE, they tell me the same thing! Then a week later, ANOTHER PHONE CALL. I tell this guy that there's no way a deal is going to happen. I also told him what I had been through before and he tells me "Oh don't worry about that, I'm sure I could work something out. Let's set up an apointment." Even though I knew better I set up an appointment anyway. I get there, and the guy I set the appointment up with had already left for the day. What was the point of making an appointment if you weren't going to be there, moron. So I talk to this other sales "manager" for 5 minutes and then the general manager walks over. He says to me, "What are you doing back here? There's no way we are going to sell you a car. YOU NEED TO LEAVE." Can you believe it?! He told me to leave! After his goons kept calling me trying to get me to come in! I told him basically to go f*** himself and that neither I or my family would NEVER do business with Peoria Nissan again. I swear this guy ruined that dealership. The old GM was a really nice lady and would treat you like family. This a**hole treats his customers like crap! More
I never had a worse buying experience in my life. I was I never had a worse buying experience in my life. I was repeatedly lied to, cheated, and “bate and switched” by your staff. Let me explain. I came I never had a worse buying experience in my life. I was repeatedly lied to, cheated, and “bate and switched” by your staff. Let me explain. I came to your Peoria Nissan Dealership to trade a 2003 Dodge truck for a similar used vehicle. I explained dozens of times that I needed a truck with about $7,000.00 between the cost you could sell at and the amount the banks would finance as I was that far upside down. I presented the accurate pay off amount at least 25 times to your staff. We could not find a truck that would work. That was fine. They don’t happen every day and I know that. My wife and I left the lot and decided to try again in a few months. Several members of your staff suggested we try the tent sale, so we did. We arrived at 10:00 Am Sunday morning. The gate attendant provided a sales person to assist us. It turns out this person was from ABC Nissan and showed us several trucks. We drove a black Titan. Though this truck was far from what I was looking for, we let her offer some numbers. The numbers were far from the $450.00 payment cap we started with. Had the truck been more what I wanted we would have made other down payment offers. As it was not, we were leaving. Your salesman, Chris, recognized us and walked over to visit with us. We told him what we tried to buy and why it was not the truck we wanted. When we got home, the phone was ringing. It was Charlie from your tent sale. He advised he found a truck he could work close to the deal on and it had the extras I was looking for. We decided to provide my wife’s 1989 Corvette as additional down payment so we could get the payment we needed. I drove the Corvette back to the tent to look at a very similar looking truck with Chris. My wife did not come as she has medical conditions preventing her from too much exposure to the sun After all the “sit down and dickering” in the heat of a record high temperature day with music so load you could only hear about every other word of what was being said, I found it was the same truck with none of the options I wanted. They had simply moved it to a new location on the lot and told me it was the truck I asked for. When I objected to the truck they started making concessions and confusing offers. Eventually, they offered to reduce the truck to cover at least cruise control that I would purchase privately. Some four hours had passed since my second arrival. I am old and I was tired of the battle. I agreed to the deal and signed paperwork for the new truck and to trade my truck. As the Corvette was in my wife’s name and she was not there, her papers would be completed Monday. I then asked about the $50.00 gift certificate for test driving the truck. I was told I should have signed up for that before I drove the truck if I wanted it, besides he said, that was ABC Nissan that I drove the truck with and I would need to contact them. This was never explained or offered to me. I then left my wife’s car and drove off in the truck. I went 5 miles, turned around and went back. The truck was just too far from what I wanted. I told Mat in finance I wanted to stop the deal. He went looking for Jack Bunny, who I was told was the only person to stop the deal. Chris came out to tell me Jack had gone for the day and I would need to contact him Monday. I explained again that I just wanted to get the title to my wife’s car and go home. I was told the paperwork had been faxed to the office and therefore, the cancellation would need to take place there. Monday morning, I left the cancellation message for Jack Bunny. He called me at 2:20Pm. I told him again that I wanted to stop the deal. He said he was aware of the transaction and was looking for the truck I wanted for a few thousand dollars more. I said no, I could not pay more money, I just wanted to stop the deal. He claimed the deal was done and it was too late to stop. I called him back at 3:25 to say we would be down to do something after I got off work, probably sign the rest of the papers since he said it was too late to cancel. We arrived at the dealership at about 5:30. I again told Mat and Chris I wanted to stop the deal. They sent another manager outside to tell me there was nothing I could do. Jack had given me his cell phone number so I called him. He also said it was too late and there was nothing I could do. He offered $200.00 toward the purchase of cruise control but that was all he could do. The factory had already transferred the warrenty and the State of Arizona had already titled and registered the truck. This meant you would need to sell it as used. My wife had not yet signed anything so I told him we would not. He threatened legal action as I signed a contract and power of attorney so you didn’t need anything else signed. The Corvette was in only my wife’s name. He said that didn’t matter. I had no choice but to accept the $200.00 and finish the paperwork. That was when I was asked to sign the electronic transmitting authorization. About midnight, More
