Very friendly and got me in the car that best suited me, my needs and the price I could afford. The financing department is great and is working to get me the best interest rate. I worked with Pete Saenz an my needs and the price I could afford. The financing department is great and is working to get me the best interest rate. I worked with Pete Saenz and he was very friendly as well and has been great with explaining anything I had questions about. I went to this dealer because I have heard so many excellent things about them and it is true. I heard the service department is great and I will more than likely take my car to get serviced there. Al Dimperio introducted me to Darrell Wilson in the service department and he was very friendly and professional and I will ask for him each time I need to take my car in. More

He even called after we made the purchase and followed up with us to make sure that we were satisfied with the car. Even when we canceled a special maintenance program, he acknowledged receiving our email. We strongly recommend Mr. Michael Neal and his bosses to any of our friends. All employees were pleasant and kind. More
My husband and I decided to use the internet to shop for an Altima. within minutes if submitting our interest we were contacted by Scott from peoria Nissan and a few other dealerships. What really stood out an Altima. within minutes if submitting our interest we were contacted by Scott from peoria Nissan and a few other dealerships. What really stood out was the fact that Scott took the time to read our request and was able to provide answers to our specific questions very quickly. after speaking with several other dealerships we decided to visit Scott at Peoria Nissan, turnes out he is the internet manager. with quote in hand we looked at not only the Altima, but the Maxima and Murano as well. Scott knew his stuff and was able to help uis come to a rational decision. He explained the vehicles very thoroughly. He made us feel comfortable and looked us in the eye during our discussion. Bottom line is we learned several things during our trip to Peoria Nissan, one of them being always use the internet department. Another being, don't waste your time with sales people who can;t answer your questions and look you in the eyes. I would definately recomend Peoria Nissan and especially Scott Smith. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. You want honesty and integrity? Go see Scott. We absolutly love our Altima and our experience purchasing it. More

Over the last 6 years, my family has purchased two 2004 Frontiers, a 2002 Frontier, two 350z's, a 2005 Sentra, and a 2005 Xterra from Peoria Nissan. My '04 Frontier was getting old, and I thought I would t Frontiers, a 2002 Frontier, two 350z's, a 2005 Sentra, and a 2005 Xterra from Peoria Nissan. My '04 Frontier was getting old, and I thought I would try to get a newer vehicle. I went onto Peoria Nissan's website and found a few vehicles that I liked and went to the dealership to check them out. I test drove one and LOVED it. We talked about a deal, and I said I could only put $1000 down and I would trade in my '04, but my payments could be no more than $450 a month. I would also have a co-signer. I go thru all the hoops, negotiating, and they could only come up with $5000 down and $700 a month. I said "no way" and left. About a week later I get a call from another sales "manager" and he says he has something and we could work out a deal based on the information I gave. So cool, I go back to the dealership and try again. NOPE, they tell me the same thing! Then a week later, ANOTHER PHONE CALL. I tell this guy that there's no way a deal is going to happen. I also told him what I had been through before and he tells me "Oh don't worry about that, I'm sure I could work something out. Let's set up an apointment." Even though I knew better I set up an appointment anyway. I get there, and the guy I set the appointment up with had already left for the day. What was the point of making an appointment if you weren't going to be there, moron. So I talk to this other sales "manager" for 5 minutes and then the general manager walks over. He says to me, "What are you doing back here? There's no way we are going to sell you a car. YOU NEED TO LEAVE." Can you believe it?! He told me to leave! After his goons kept calling me trying to get me to come in! I told him basically to go f*** himself and that neither I or my family would NEVER do business with Peoria Nissan again. I swear this guy ruined that dealership. The old GM was a really nice lady and would treat you like family. This a**hole treats his customers like crap! More
I never had a worse buying experience in my life. I was I never had a worse buying experience in my life. I was repeatedly lied to, cheated, and “bate and switched” by your staff. Let me explain. I came I never had a worse buying experience in my life. I was repeatedly lied to, cheated, and “bate and switched” by your staff. Let me explain. I came to your Peoria Nissan Dealership to trade a 2003 Dodge truck for a similar used vehicle. I explained dozens of times that I needed a truck with about $7,000.00 between the cost you could sell at and the amount the banks would finance as I was that far upside down. I presented the accurate pay off amount at least 25 times to your staff. We could not find a truck that would work. That was fine. They don’t happen every day and I know that. My wife and I left the lot and decided to try again in a few months. Several members of your staff suggested we try the tent sale, so we did. We arrived at 10:00 Am Sunday morning. The gate attendant provided a sales person to assist us. It turns out this person was from ABC Nissan and showed us several trucks. We drove a black Titan. Though this truck was far from what I was looking for, we let her offer some numbers. The numbers were far from the $450.00 payment cap we started with. Had the truck been more what I wanted we would have made other down payment offers. As it was not, we were leaving. Your salesman, Chris, recognized us and walked over to visit with us. We told him what we tried to buy and why it was not the truck we wanted. When we got home, the phone was ringing. It was Charlie from your tent sale. He advised he found a truck he could work close to the deal on and it had the extras I was looking for. We decided to provide my wife’s 1989 Corvette as additional down payment so we could get the payment we needed. I drove the Corvette back to the tent to look at a very similar looking truck with Chris. My wife did not come as she has medical conditions preventing her from too much exposure to the sun After all the “sit down and dickering” in the heat of a record high temperature day with music so load you could only hear about every other word of what was being said, I found it was the same truck with none of the options I wanted. They had simply moved it to a new location on the lot and told me it was the truck I asked for. When I objected to the truck they started making concessions and confusing offers. Eventually, they offered to reduce the truck to cover at least cruise control that I would purchase privately. Some four hours had passed since my second arrival. I am old and I was tired of the battle. I agreed to the deal and signed paperwork for the new truck and to trade my truck. As the Corvette was in my wife’s name and she was not there, her papers would be completed Monday. I then asked about the $50.00 gift certificate for test driving the truck. I was told I should have signed up for that before I drove the truck if I wanted it, besides he said, that was ABC Nissan that I drove the truck with and I would need to contact them. This was never explained or offered to me. I then left my wife’s car and drove off in the truck. I went 5 miles, turned around and went back. The truck was just too far from what I wanted. I told Mat in finance I wanted to stop the deal. He went looking for Jack Bunny, who I was told was the only person to stop the deal. Chris came out to tell me Jack had gone for the day and I would need to contact him Monday. I explained again that I just wanted to get the title to my wife’s car and go home. I was told the paperwork had been faxed to the office and therefore, the cancellation would need to take place there. Monday morning, I left the cancellation message for Jack Bunny. He called me at 2:20Pm. I told him again that I wanted to stop the deal. He said he was aware of the transaction and was looking for the truck I wanted for a few thousand dollars more. I said no, I could not pay more money, I just wanted to stop the deal. He claimed the deal was done and it was too late to stop. I called him back at 3:25 to say we would be down to do something after I got off work, probably sign the rest of the papers since he said it was too late to cancel. We arrived at the dealership at about 5:30. I again told Mat and Chris I wanted to stop the deal. They sent another manager outside to tell me there was nothing I could do. Jack had given me his cell phone number so I called him. He also said it was too late and there was nothing I could do. He offered $200.00 toward the purchase of cruise control but that was all he could do. The factory had already transferred the warrenty and the State of Arizona had already titled and registered the truck. This meant you would need to sell it as used. My wife had not yet signed anything so I told him we would not. He threatened legal action as I signed a contract and power of attorney so you didn’t need anything else signed. The Corvette was in only my wife’s name. He said that didn’t matter. I had no choice but to accept the $200.00 and finish the paperwork. That was when I was asked to sign the electronic transmitting authorization. About midnight, More
I live at I-17 and Happy Valley rd in North Phoenix. I was called by Alicia and told that she has a car for me. I specified that it would have to be a 350z auto for $500 month (payment) with only $500 dow was called by Alicia and told that she has a car for me. I specified that it would have to be a 350z auto for $500 month (payment) with only $500 down with no co-signers. I then gave her my info to run my credit. After test driving a new 2008 350z pearl white auto, we sat down and she says that the finace department said that they need $3,000 down and $788 monthly. I said again to her that I had already told what the deal has to be for me to drive out of my way to the dealership and she said she was told that they could sell me a car and thats what she was going off of. As well this is what the finace department wants now. This is now way to treat customers. Telling customers false information to get them to wast their time and go out of their way. I left very upset and was reminded why I have already bought 2 cars from dealerships in Avondale and not from the Bell road dealerships. More
Where do I start..They start by lying to you that they are all about service. The general manager's email to me states "we strive to create a relationship that earns us a lifetime customer. We want you t are all about service. The general manager's email to me states "we strive to create a relationship that earns us a lifetime customer. We want you to service with us, buy more vehicles from us, and most importantly, feel comfortable in recommending us to your friends." Yeah right! I bought my car from them out of state. Before I picked up the car I asked them to have the car cleaned inside & out. The interior had blood splattered all over the passenger seat, sunroof and paneling. Their was garbage under the seats, the floors were covered in dog hair. The engine was filthy. The grill was not attached to the car, the struts were bad, the hood lifts were broken. And all of this was new to the salesman selling the car. When I asked him about what certain knobs/buttons were he had no idea. During the final paperwork, the man was combative and would not answer my questions regarding warranties, etc. He "worked for the owner, not the sales team" he said. As if my my questions were inappropriate. After deciding to buy the car because I was getting a good deal, I left. I had 1000 miles to drive home. After driving 450 miles the car had major issues. The lights failed, a warning light that said the brakes had failed came on, I had zero rpms, no hazards, no heat, the doors would not lock, and more. I immediately called the dealer and reported this to the salesman and the manager. They said that they would take care of everything, just be safe. After getting it to the dealer in my hometown, the chief mechanic determined that the electrical system had failed, the radiator was cracked and more. When I contacted the salesman, multiple managers, and even the general manager they just ignored me and my calls. They wanted nothing to do with me now that I owned the car. It took me 2 weeks to get them to cover the price of a new radiator only. I would have to pay for installation and any other costs to the car. Overall worst dealer I have ever dealt with, and we recently bought a new saturn from the saturn dealer in Boise, ID- they were great. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH PEORIA NISSAN. I DON'T CARE HOW GOOD THE DEAL IS, IT'S NOT WORTH THE HASSLE OF WORKING WITH THIS BUSINESS. I HAVE CONTACTED THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE ARIZONA ATTORNEY GENERAL REGARDING THIS DEALERSHIP. Please take my advice. I am not mad about being treated badly, I am truly frustrated about such bad service and the lack of steps that they have taken to ensure my happiness and safety. More

I got to the dealership, and see that the 370Z's (probably all of their cars for that matter) have a "Market Adjustment" of $5000 on the addendum. They're high! I am not going to pay MSRP let alone some insane dealer markup. Anyone who buys a car from them over MSRP (with the exception of the Nissan GT-R) is crazy. I have not heard back yet from the salesman who had originally called me, but I am going to ask for their "best and final" price. If it's over MSRP, I am done talking to them, click, goodbye. I looked at Avondale Nissan, and they do not have these silly "Market Adjustments" or any addendums for that matter. I have not looked at any other Nissan dealerships in the Phoenix area other than Peoria Nissan and Avondale Nissan. More
This was the worst caqr buying experience I have ever had. Dave called me several times after seeing my interest online, and convinced me they could trade in my dmanged 03 Mazda 6 for a 08 Altima. I came had. Dave called me several times after seeing my interest online, and convinced me they could trade in my dmanged 03 Mazda 6 for a 08 Altima. I came it, spent the entire day being haggled around, then left with my new car. 3 weeks later they called so say they could not get me financed after all. It was understandable since I am recently divorsed, and my credit dropped tremendously. I checked my credit online and discovered it had dropped over 16 points because they had so many banks pull it. When dealing with Eric throughout the end process, he was extremely rude and uninterested. His attitude was 'its not my problem'. When I cam to to return the car and pick up my old one, Eric took his time meeting with me, then had a very bad attitude for someone who works in customer service. I got in my car and started to drive off, when I realized my registration (from Texas - registration is in the form of a sticker you put on your car) sticker was missing. I pulled back in the dealership and saw my back license plate was gone. I went back in and called for Eric, who took another 15 minutes to come back down, and who walked around slowly talking on his phone like he could care less. After waiting for 30 minutes, I got pretty heated over the entire experience - none of this should have happened had they done their job right in the first place. So I began to ask the receptionist to call Eric over and over. Eventually he come over with 'No one took your stuff, you must have it'. Dave had taken the sticker off in front of me when I had 'bought' the car earlier. I got heated and began yelling ... in which Eric said "Ok, I wohn't be helping you then." He put his phone away and walked away. I found out he was the fleet manager, and so I began walking around asking for anyone to help. The other salesmen were nicer, and tried to explain Dave's actions and apologize for the mess. I ended up leaving that night after 2 1/2 hours, with no registration or license plate. I cannot believe a Manager would be so rude, and have zero customer service skills. He even told me I had an attitude and didn't need his help. What a jerk! More
