At age 75 I have purchased several new cars in my lifetime. This was perhaps the most positive experience I have had dealing with a car dealership. I was very leary of buying new and dealing with a dealership as it's been a long time for me since my last car purchase. Andy was helpful in dealing with the mounds of paperwork and explaining all the details, which can be unnerving. He made me feel completely at east with it all. Salesman was nice not pushy BUT once I got vehicle & drove off found that vehicle was on EMPTY (and I mean EMPTY)! Afterward he said they don't fill used vehicles but it's not very good customer servic drove off found that vehicle was on EMPTY (and I mean EMPTY)! Afterward he said they don't fill used vehicles but it's not very good customer service to send a customer away on an empty tank. I would warn anyone else to watch out of this and make sure they don't get treated same way when purchasing a used vehicle. More

From the moment I pulled up, the service was excellent. I went to Peoria Nissan to take delivery of my new Nissan Leaf. I had not been to a dealership in over ten years so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted by a young man t Leaf. I had not been to a dealership in over ten years so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted by a young man that promptly found the Leaf sales consultant, Robert. He had contacted me earlier in the day to notify me that my Leaf had arrived and he had asked if I wanted window tinting installed, which I did. The tint was installed, the car was checked out and charged-up by the time I arrived. We proceeded to take a test drive while Robert pointed out the car's various features. The paperwork process went smoothly, except for a little snafu with the licensing due to the car being alternatively fueled, which is not typical for most cars. However this was resolved over the following two days in a very professional manner. While we finished up the paperwork Robert programmed our home address into the navigation system and paired our phones to the Bluetooth system. He was very knowledgeable about the Leaf and we appreciated his insights into the car's many features. All together it was a very pleasant experience to get us started with what I hope to be a long relationship with Nissan and the Leaf! More
