Excellent Customer Service Brandon Moles in the service department is the man. I live all the way in Tempe and I ended up making an appointment to service my car in Peoria becau Brandon Moles in the service department is the man. I live all the way in Tempe and I ended up making an appointment to service my car in Peoria because they are more accommodating than the Nissan dealership down the street from me (AutoNation Nissan Tempe). Brandon called me back immediately, was honest about wait times, and was really just a wonderful person which is how all people in the customer service industry should be. I will be servicing my car through you all from now on despite the extra drive. Thanks Brandon! :) More

I first inquired about a trade in on my vehicle, 2013 Nissan Altima. After finding out that my trade in value was significantly lower than the payoff value of my vehicle I decided not to pursue the car purchase. John was kind enough to repetitively get a hold of me so he can assist me with my needs. I decided to reply back to an email of his and inform him of my current situation and without hesitation he came back with a proposal on a new 2016 Rogue SL that would only bring up my payment by another $20. After a few emails back and forth, I decided to come into your facility and speak to John in person regarding consideration to the new purchase/trade. John was very welcoming and did not waste time in getting everything in place before my arrival. There is a reason I've purchased my last few vehicles through John's services. John knows how to do business and knows how to treat his customers. Overall, my visit satisfaction would rank 5 out of 5 stars. I continue enjoying my business with Peoria Nissan and believe that's highly attributable to Johns services provided time and time again. I want to thank you and John for making my experience in car buying such as remarkable experience. More

I don't ever feel like he is not sincere in the commitments he makes to the quality and time to complete the service on my car. I don't ever feel as though I'm being sold something I don't need. Just outstanding, I talked to him about servicing our other vehicle that is not a Nissan. I will be bringing it in next time it needs service, because of Dusty Jager. More

I have been a customer with this dealership for about eight years , a feat that speaks for itself. I have always been treated with the highest respect by the personnel, especially Jeff Pordes the sales representative. Jeff continually exhibits an aura of candor and friendliness. Jeff and the rest of the people there make me feel comfortable and relaxed. Whenever I bring my car for service, Jeff is there to say “Hi” and spend time just chatting, which helps make the time pass. Also, speaking of service, I would be remiss if didn’t mention the Service Advisor, Scott Clouse. Actually, I deal with Scott more having to bring my car for service on a regular basis. He conducts himself in a very professional manner and is a pleasure to work with. These gentlemen keep me coming back to Peoria Nissan. Joe – Surprise, AZ More

Lied Through Their Teeth !!!!!! This dealership played a price game with us for 3 hours until they came back with a cash price of $10,339.41 out the door for the 2013 Silver Avenger This dealership played a price game with us for 3 hours until they came back with a cash price of $10,339.41 out the door for the 2013 Silver Avenger that we had been looking at. It was about 7pm and I had asked them to clean up the car since it was a recently obtained trade in car that had not been detailed and was a mess . I told them that I would go eat , and then come back in about 40 minutes to see how the car cleaned up , and if the 2 big scratches on the hood would come off. They absolutely agreed to that and the sales rep drove the car back to the clean up bays. 40 minutes later I come back, drive back to the clean up bay . I see the car parked there , but NOBODY EVEN REMOTELY NEARBY . So I get out , walk up to the car, and I see that it hasnt been touched at all , not vacuumed, not fixed door panel , scratches on hood not touched . Now upset ( We had a deal) I call the front and ask whats going on. 10 minutes later about 6 people arrive acting as if their trying to get the car cleaned up. The sales manager who gave me a written price of $10,339.41 , and agreed to have me come back now,,,,,,HAD NOW LEFT APPARENTLY !! How do you make a deal, agree to it, then go home for the night ?? Anyways, Still somewhat interested , I tell the other salesman that once it cleans up the next day, then call me , and I'd come down. The next day, around 3pm a sales rep calls me and tells me it's all cleaned up. I come down. Now in the light, and cleaned up , I see 4 very large dents all across the trunk of the Avenger. Still interested , I ask for my sales guy, I was told he was off today , Okay who do I speak to then ?? This guy comes out ( Scott Smith) , I show him the dents and ask if he would go lower because of the newfound damage. He tells me $11,590.46 !!! Wait I have the paper that offered me $10,339.41 last night, Now we have damage, and the price goes UP NOT DOWN ??!! I showed the paper , and again asked them to call the sales guy that was working with me,REFUSED I have tried now for 2 days calling and getting a hold of the General Manager Chuck Morris so that I could speak to him about this . For whatever reason my messages either aren't getting thru , or Mr Morris could care less about his customers treatment . His receptionist has even told me that she would e-mail him with my info , no luck there either. I have the paperwork that told me the price would be $10,339.41 out the door TT&L , The next day EVERYONE sees the damage that was previously missed , and rather than lower the price a few hundred , They ignore even the agreed upon price of $10,339.41,,,,,,,AND RAISE IT $1,251.05 ?! THAT'S SCAMFULL More
Beware the Nissan Leaf and Peoria Nissan - neither reliable I leased a 2013 Nissan Leaf two years ago from Peoria Nissan in Arizona. At the time, the salesman told me not to worry about the battery because Niss I leased a 2013 Nissan Leaf two years ago from Peoria Nissan in Arizona. At the time, the salesman told me not to worry about the battery because Nissan just replaces them if there is any problem. That is totally a lie, and Peoria Nissan will not be of any assistance to me with my NIssan Leaf that has a range now of 59 miles (maybe) in the winter with no heater on. Don't ask about how it fares in the summer - it is ugly to say the least. I now have one more year to suffer through this vehicle because Nissan says the battery charges up to 10 bars and must decline to 8 bars. We know that this does not take into account battery fade - in other words - yes, it looks good when it is first charged, but like all failing batteries, the range quickly decreases as soon as you pull out of your driveway. My lesson in all of this is that Peoria Nissan lies to its customers - yes I know I should not be surprised, and that the manufacturer is choosing to make folks keep a car that simply does not meet the needs stated by the buyer when purchasing the car. I expected somewhere in the range of 70 miles which would allow me to drive back and forth to my work site daily and make a couple sidetrips as well. This was all explained to the salesman when I leased the car. He is no longer with the dealership. So, I asked if the dealer would work with me on terminating my lease and getting a 2016 Leaf that supposedly had a better battery. Unlike the salesman's reassurances that it was no big deal to end the lease after 24 months, the dealer asked for the entire amount of the last 12 payments and the car. The explanation was that Nissan had changed its lease terms and that the residual value stated in my contract was no longer really valid. The upshot was that for over 900 dollars per month, I could get out of my current lease, turn in my car and get a comparable 2016 Nissan Leaf. Ha Ha Ha...I am laughing only because I am happy to share this saga with anyone who might be foolish enough to trust Nissan and buy or lease one of their vehicles. My advice - just because their contracts are preprinted - insist on adding terms that the salesman tells you in writing and have them initial them. You will then perhaps find out what the real deal is. Thanks for listening.Edit More
