I called several times to see if the car had been sold before I got out there, and asked each time if that indeed was the selling price of the car. When I got there, they talked and talked about how wonderful the car was and all the special "extras" it had. When it got down to numbers, they wanted over $2000 more than the advertised price. I told them I was there to buy the car at the advertised price and did not want the car at that higher price. I was there 4 hours why they kept telling me they could work something out but in the end, they came back to me with their "deal" that still included the $2000 extras. During that 4 hours, they had different salesmen come to me telling me why that was a great car and why I wanted it even at the higher price. The worst stereotype about car salesmen come true. I would never come here again More
Low pressure sales; BEST experience ever. We went here first; then went to 6 other dealerships and back to this one because of the sales person (Rick). We felt he sold us what we were looking for and didn't push something we didn't want. This was the best experience after other pushy sales agenda at other places. I HIGHLY recommend you visit this place before making a final decision. We got the best deal here with the best service. Love this place and will go back in two years for a new car. More

We took our car here to get an oil change and they claimed to fix 3 recalls on our car. Our car was running perfectly fine prior to bringing it to the shop and then after the oil change the day we left we noticed the car was jerking. Originally we didn't think nothing of it since we just got an oil change we figure that it just needed some time to get used to the new oil. Overall we are not mechanics and I've always trusted Nissan vehicles because they make pretty good quality cars so I didn't believe that it was a major problem. Over the next 3 days the car started having issues and jerking more and more and then it cut off on us in the middle of the street while I was driving my daughter. I took the car back to the Nissan dealer to tell them that whatever they did to the car has caused the transmission to have problems. They looked at the car for about 45 minutes and then the guy came back and told us that the problem is not anything that they did with the car and that we have to pay them $400 to evaluate the transmission. They were basically trying to convince us that our 4 year old car transmission is failing and in order for them to look further we have to pay first. The car and transmission was in perfect condition before we came to them! This is so outrageous to us because now we are basically out of a car that we are paying a note on. We're not a very wealthy couple so we don't have extra money to pay for a transmission or to get a new car which was the whole point of financing a newer model year nissan so we wouldnt have these problems moving forward, and they blew it off and didnt care at all. The workers at the shop are completely dishonest and they did something to our car which basically killed our car and put us in a financial burden and a hard situation with our daughter because they don't want to admit fault and tried to get money out of us to fix the problem. Now we have no transportation to work or to get our daughter to school. I regret taking my car there everyday and I wish I never did because my car would still be running perfectly fine right now. Up until now I've always loved Nissan cars and have always been loyal to the idea of buying a Nissan car but now they left a bad taste in my mouth and I would never do business with them again! More

H Will do anything to get you in the door! Came in on Friday looking for a van Scott Smith (manager) wrote down my price range and knew my goals. He said he would call me if they could find something at a different dealership they work closely with. Friday night they reach out and said they found a van for 10k and asked if I could come in the next morning. I found some vans too and ended up finding the same van Peoria Nissan did. Guy at this dealership said they were going to buy it for more then 10k so I was never going to get that price. He told Peoria Nissan it was sold and shortly after I got a call saying it was sold. I should of just cut my ties at this point but Scott pulled at my military ties gave me a Semper Fi and I gave him some trust. Monday I get a text that they had a van come in. I asked about price and was told it was getting checked out and he would get me the info ( never happend) I went in any way (my mistake) Scott passes me off to a sales rep ( nice guy no issue with him) and we walk to the van. I turn it on and 39k miles. I tell the guy "he's just waiting my time, no way is this in my price range" we go back and it's nearly 20k (that's double Scott) . I was upset said some words trying to be respectful of the sales guy who had no fault, but I did a poor job (sorry man) and exited the building. If a manager can act in this manner and pull an old bait and switch at what I thought was a reputable dealership I can only Imagine some of the shady things that are taught to employees. With so many dealerships to choose from in the Phoenix area you have no reason to work with a place that could act like they support the military and then completely waste a veterans time and cause some very unnecessary stress and anxiety. I feel so taken advantage of. I came in for my 30,00.oil change. Ended up walking out paying 700.00. I was told every thing that gets done at 30,000. To much to rattled off to reme I came in for my 30,00.oil change. Ended up walking out paying 700.00. I was told every thing that gets done at 30,000. To much to rattled off to remember. Was not shown a price sheet nor a booklet. Till I asked for one when o was leaving. First I was told 595.00 was a great deal. So I believed him. Forgetting that service guys get a commision to upscale you. Found out from other Nissan dealerships it's 399.00 same service as the 595.00. 20 minutes later I was told for a 100.00 more I can get windshield wipers and can alignment. Which I was talked into as if it was of utmost importance. There 3 hrs. When almost done. I was presented with another 165.00 you need back brake pads. I was in tears all night. Thinking of my paid off credit card is now over 700.00. I have to work 3 jobs single woman by myself to cover mortgage .car. Etc etc. Its not the fact of having to have these things done. Its the feeling of taken for a ride to pay service guys commission. My bill was not even itemized. Short summary.gives you a feeling of more deception. And they don't tell you about another 45.00 for customer shop repair order. ????? What the check is that?. My service guy didnt even go over my bill with me. Just said your bill is at cashier window. I asked cashier for an itemized bill and she was rude. And for what? I'm the customer. Of course I didn't get one. Another thing. My service guy never asked me to give him a good review or even one at all. He knew I wouldn't of. They also get bonuses for good review. So he didnt care about my concerns. Now that I'm 700.00 in the whole. When i could of went to another Nissan and got it for 200 to 300 cheaper. I think channel 3 on your side my want to look into this story. I knew better than not to go there when I walked out of there when I went to buy a new Nissan. That was a bad experience as well.so I bought it else where. But service was closer to me than the other. Never again. BEWARE OF UPSCALE. THEY GET COMMISIONS OFF YOUR SERVICE. looks my my service guy made 200.00 profit off a 595.00 charge which should of been 399.00 I would hate his job to sleep at night knowing my career is lyingvto people on a daily basis. I have leased 3 new cars from them since 2013. Every experience is worse than the prior one. The sales associates are very nice and helpful. Once it gets past the sales person, the experience is awful. They have asked for my keys to evaluate my car and refused to return the keys when I wanted to leave. They have promised me a check for money owed me. When I arrived, I was told that there was no one there who could sign it. They had me come in at a specific time to sign contracts on a car that we had agreed on the price, When I got there at the specified time, I was told that both the salesperson and manager were off that day and they tried to put together a new deal. I called this morning and asked for the party I needed to speak to and the phone never went to voice mail. I like Nissan cars, it is unfortunate that this dealership is the one nearest my home. More
Harassment I went into Peoria Nissan Friday evening around 7:00 PM to discuss a Nissan Versa advertised in their preowned selection. I do not enjoy the haggling I went into Peoria Nissan Friday evening around 7:00 PM to discuss a Nissan Versa advertised in their preowned selection. I do not enjoy the haggling or dishonesty in car shopping, so always insist on having the price quoted first with only advertised price, title, tax and license. The car salesman was nice, but the two other men working there were being difficult about giving me a total out the door price I requested. They finally provided a price I was willing to negotiate on, so I test drove the car. When we returned to the lot, I made an offer at 1k less than the total price. Ricky was one of the earlier men who provided some pricing information. He came in the cube trying to justify their price using Kelly Blue book and their supposed cost. I clearly said I wasn’t interested in anything except the final price to me and if they didn’t accept my offer we did not have anything to discuss. I got up, left the office area, and called my daughter to tell her we did not make a deal on the car so she didn’t need to continue driving over. We were on the phone when Ricky (Ricardo Beltran) followed me out to my car. I opened my car door and told him we have nothing to discuss. He stepped into the door space wanting to show me the papers with Kelly Blue Book price and I told him to step away from my car. He didn’t listen, so I yelled at him to get away from my car twice more and he didn’t move. It is incredibly intimidating to have someone standing right in the space of closing your car door. The exchange scared my daughter who was listening to me yelling at this guy to step away from my car. My heart was racing and stomach started churning. I was in complete shock that he was still standing there. I finally grabbed my door handle and slammed the door shut. He had to take a step back. I was so upset at this physically intimidating behavior I had to say something, so I went back in the dealership office and asked to speak to a manager. I was in utter disbelief this had even happened; shaking my head in amazement waiting for the manager to come up front. I quickly recapped how Ricky was being physically intimidating and he said “okay”!!! There is never an excuse for pushing yourself on another person, but the fact he stood there when I told him to step away and was even yelling at him to move without a response by him – that is harassment. I don’t know what was wrong with Ricky – he should have stepped away the first time I said it. There is absolutely no excuse to keep standing there after I was yelling at him. The manager’s indifference to physical intimidation is unreal. Normal people would be shocked – and his reaction was “okay”! Ricky and the manager on duty should be reprimanded at a minimum – although firing is more appropriate when you try to physically pressure someone or refuse to address that behavior by an employee. They cannot modify their behavior to have an inkling of respect or honesty. Shop somewhere else. More
Lies Lies Lies I purchased a new car from Peoria Nissan. They tried to sell me a used car warranty. They talked me into a roadside service plan. I agreed because bot I purchased a new car from Peoria Nissan. They tried to sell me a used car warranty. They talked me into a roadside service plan. I agreed because both my husband and I believed that it covered windshield replacement. It did not. When I called them to discuss it the finance guy would not return my call. When I finally did get a call from someone they claimed the coverage was for 5 years, it was only 3. I paid $1200 for 3 years of roadside service? RIP OFF and I am canceling. I would never go back to this dealership! More
