Great personnel experience Since moving to the Phoenix area in June we have been exceptionally busy in settling into our new home and sort of fretting about our Murano lease whi Since moving to the Phoenix area in June we have been exceptionally busy in settling into our new home and sort of fretting about our Murano lease which was expiring in October 2018. In a proverbial nutshell, we met three remarkable people. John B., in Internet, Caitlin with Finance and Paul W. in Service. The conumdrum as always with a great vehicle, is to buy or turn in the Leased vehicle. We loved the Murano. The three sat with us for over an hour to provide honest and thoughtful answers regarding what we considered very important long term questions about the Murano features we would be purchasing. Continued Warranty, depreciation, and Paul discussed any possible service needs. We made new friends and took care of the actual purchase that evening.
