I finally took it to Peoria Nissan on a Friday and was immediately put into a rental. It was a 2018 Nissan Altima and I fell in love with this car over the weekend. Monday I went in to check the status of my car. I was greeted by Walter Shade and he took me to the service center. They told me that they were working on it. I asked how much the rental was going for and Walter advised me that they had a lot of discounts/rebates on this model. He sat me down and the rest was history. I ended up trading in my old car for a new 2018 Nissan Altima. They were even able to get me into this car with a lower interest rate than I was paying on my old Nissan Versa Note. Nick Sweis in the financial department made sure I understood all the paperwork I signed for my new car. Everyone was so nice and patient. My experience at this dealership was great! Many thanks to everyone that took care of me during my visit. More

The people who helped me really went the extra mile to get me financed. I still don't believe that I bought a brand new Sentra SV with $900.00 down, an extended warrantee and new car financing from them. Thanks Leslie, Mike and Peoria Nissan! Smooth talking dealer got me a $361 mth payment After being scammed at Honda I took the Honda FIT to Nissan to see if I could exchange it somehow. I was not told that you have to pay the old pric After being scammed at Honda I took the Honda FIT to Nissan to see if I could exchange it somehow. I was not told that you have to pay the old price and the new price and ended up with $361 mth payment on a bottom of the line Sentra, now worth $13,000 and I still owe $18,000. OK, I am dumb about buying cars, but they should have explained this whole scenario to me, but they hid it and being retired on a low fixed income, I am heading for bankruptcy. More

Was there 4hrs before they gave me back my keys I was extremely happy when I first got my car, Serge, our salesman was great and made everything simple and easy. I have had my car for 2 years everyt I was extremely happy when I first got my car, Serge, our salesman was great and made everything simple and easy. I have had my car for 2 years everything has been smooth. My only issue so far was the fact that every time I came to change my oil. I had to always come back a couple days after because they forgot to reset the meter. This happened to me about 4 times. It has definitely gotten annoying to drive out of my way when it should have been done right the first time. Recently I went in for my Zaktek appointment and asked them to check my tires because the tire pressure had been low the day before. I was approached by a salesman , by the name of Sarko, while I was was waiting for my car. He wanted to get me into a 2018. I said "No, thank you. I am perfectly happy with the 2016 car I have now." He would not leave and would not stop insisting. I did not want to be rude so I heard him out, looked at the cars and after he incessantly offered me deal after deal I reluctantly agreed after they talked about maybe lowering my payment. He took me to financial services. By this point I had said to the salesman SEVERAL times that I did not want a new car. Once in financial services I let the guy know that I did not want a new car. They still did not return my keys or my car. Instead they kept showing me cars and offering me "deals". I felt extremely pressured and unhappy. I was literally there close to 4 hours. I felt like no one was listening to me and I felt overwhelmingly uncomfortable. After I finally got my keys I started to drive home when my tire went flat. I had to purchase a new tire out of my own pocket at a tire shop because I did not want to return to this place, a tire, that should've been covered by my warranty since I'm at less than 30,000 miles. I'm very upset at the fact that I was not respected enough to be left alone and after everything they didn't even bother to check my tires like I had asked. I don't plan on purchasing another car here. I have spoken highly of this place in the past, but that has changed over the years. Thank you Serge for a great car shopping experience. Too bad overall this place was not as great. More

He was straight to the point got me out of a lease into a purchase and I was in and out of there faster than any dealership experience. Finance department was quick as well.
