Flat out lied to me Well, we had a nightmare of an experience. Everything was great until we sat down to do the paperwork. The price just kept going up. But that is expected right? The reason I am giving them a 1 star is the fact that they lied bold face to me and put me in a bad way financially. I traded in a motorcycle and it ended up being complicated. They assured me it was paid off and not to worry about it. Wrong. The balanced never got paid. After talking with them again they said that they paid the full balance. I then got on the phone with my credit union and she told me no one had even called in relation to my account. The dealership has ignored my emails and has never called me back (everytime I call they are in a meeting, how convenient). And to top it all off they told me they were going to get our spare key but that never happened. Save yourself and go anywhere else please. More
