Second LOF had body damage to vehicle front ( scraped paint) but didn’t look over vehicle until in my garage _ too late to prove now.... Just did third LOF and tire rotation _ so far so good More

Spot delivery scam. Went in to trade in my vehicle. I was firm on what we wanted and didn’t. Car, price, money down ETC... they literaly challenged everything. Kept showing us cars we did not want, lied about our FICO score being lower (which I had checked prior) and stated only 1 bank approved us (their bank NMA) and numbers kept rising once he were with the finance manager. Well we came to terms and after 9 HOURS we left this dealership being the owners of a new car. Well a week later they stated we needed to return for “paperwork they forgot” and once we went in they basically said to put a few thousand more down for the car we’ve been driving for 2 weeks or to sign for a brand new Sentra that the bank already had approved. Nice try guys! I honestly wouldn’t recommend a soul to his dealership. So unprofessional and dishonest. More

BUYER BEWARE went in to trade in a vehicle and made it very clear from the beginning that the only loan term I was willing to do was 5 years to pay off the vehicl went in to trade in a vehicle and made it very clear from the beginning that the only loan term I was willing to do was 5 years to pay off the vehicle and it would be mine (keep in mind, I have some negative equity and my payments would have been $975 per month- absolutely crazy). As I walked away 3 times, they finally agreed. Upon getting to finance, we were the last people in the building and the finance guy pointed at everything and said “”sign here, initial here, etc” not explaining the contact. I had to come back the next day since their computer was down anyways so I took home the contract and read over it. They tried to screw me over after me and my family have been loyal customers to them for 5 years. They put me in a “balloon” contract- basically over the course of 5 years I would pay $52,000 for a truck then to have to turn around and purchase it for an additional $19,000 or turn it in and walk away with nothing. WHAT?! Not to mention I spoke to FOUR finance guys and one even rolled his eyes at me and laughed in my face (not sharing names for confidentiality reasons). After spending minimum 8-10 hours at the dealership over the course of 2 days, I got my car back but they put up a good fight. Consumer affairs is now involved and I hope they are able to set their employees straight. How disappointing and disgusting, PLEASE READ YOUR CONTRACTS BEFORE SIGNING THEM. My family and I will not be returning. More
