The sales person Matthew Skinner was good, but the finance guy Tim was very rude to me, I was told multiple times I was financed but in fact I never was. Nothing but high-pressure sales tactics. After I bought the car I keep receiving letters, emails, and phone calls that I could trade in my car for a brand new 2022. Mine is only a 2018. Waited for 2 months to get a call back from a manager, finally filed with BBB then the response was very quick. I had a laundry list of things wrong. The fixed the drive side door that was popping off, gl finally filed with BBB then the response was very quick. I had a laundry list of things wrong. The fixed the drive side door that was popping off, glue was running down the door and they scratched the door and glove compartment, numerous mechanical issues we have videos of the dash flashing different errors but because no codes popped up, they said nothing wrong. The paint oh lord primer all over, Nissan said we can't fix that call nissanconsumeraffairs they tell me it is a maintenance issue and if Nissan won't fix I can take it to a body shop and pay for it myself....are you kidding me!!! Oh and they offered to trade it in if they could run the credit of the original signer(she was not with me) all I needed to do was give her social security number I actually think this is illegal and I wouldn't do it, the dude seemed mad I was unwilling to do this. So basically they sold me a truck that they refuse to take responsibility for. More

When I arrived, I was asked who I was there to see. I told them the name of the sales person. After what seemed like a longer than usual wait, due to the staff pulling some kind of prank on him, he met me at the vehicle. We went for a test drive. During the test drive, another staff member called him to discuss something that should have not been a conversation had in the presence of a customer. The salesman I was with, did tell them he was with a customer, but they wouldn't let it go. It was something about the previous prank they pulled on him. When we returned, I told him that I would like to buy the vehicle. He went in to start the paperwork and I had to go to my vehicle to get some things, but then also went in. The receptionist had me wait in the seating area for the salesman. I was, again, waiting for what seemed to be longer than expected. He came out to get me, or so I thought. Instead, he told me it would be just a minute. I replied, with "Okay, thank you." I continued to wait for longer than it took to look at the vehicle and do the test drive. Finally, he came back and started the conversation with a huge apology. Apparently, while I was waiting, they were selling the vehicle to another customer. They stated that because they test drove it before me, they had first opportunity to buy it and they were. I said well I told you I was coming from an hour and 20 minutes away, before they were ever in the picture. They apologized again and offered to show me their other inventory. Wow! Do you really think I am interested in giving you a nickel after that? You have wasted as much of my time and gasoline as you are ever going to. I would recommend the salesman I worked with, Dima Baicean, as he was as surprised as I was. Aside from that, I have nothing good to say about this dealership. More
