James helped out tons fpr my situation. While james was doing his job making sure everything was in line. The battery for the Armada is crap. It dies within 15-18 months but the dealership replaces it at no cost. They also go through the vehicle thoroughly to make sure nothing else is wrong. My service Representative was Scott Deemer and he was excellent I brought my vehicle in to get the oil change ,tires rotated and Front brakes changed and Scott took great care of me and also provided me excellent I brought my vehicle in to get the oil change ,tires rotated and Front brakes changed and Scott took great care of me and also provided me an estimate of A little Damage that I have on my car and provided me with all the parts and exats prices so I can get everything together to put it in the shop.Thanks Peoria Nissan Dealership you all are the best. I would give them lower than one star if able. First, when I purchased my vehicle back in Oct., we were in the height of the pandemic. Only about 1/3 of the customers and employees were wearing masks, de when I purchased my vehicle back in Oct., we were in the height of the pandemic. Only about 1/3 of the customers and employees were wearing masks, desks were being shared by customers and staff, and were not being cleaned in between. I ended up getting COVID right after (coincidence?). Go for my first service appointment. Because of my bad experience day one, they said they would come and get my vehicle from my home. Later back pedaled and said they didn't have staff to do so. Found out my salesman was in the hospital. (not sure why.... Coincidence?) Was called to follow up on my experience, and Eric was defensive and not helpful. Later talked to Polly. Fast forward six months, and it's due for its first "free" oil change and paint protection renew (of a service I paid for that was already on the car, but would have never purchased voluntarily.) Polly arranged to have my car picked up from my home (again, because of my awful experience). They showed up late to get it, so interrupted a previously scheduled meeting. Bring it back, and brought me the wrong flipping car! Guy says he'd "try" and go get mine! Unbelievable! Also, I don't believe an issue was addressed I asked them about, as it was not on my receipt. Can't believe I have to come back here for the flipping paint protection!! More
