This is an awful place to buy a car. I thought these people were genuine. I helped my younger brother buy a used car here. The finance manger that helped us out talked us into a "Preowned Warranty." people were genuine. I helped my younger brother buy a used car here. This is Arizona and since this is a used car, we may want the assurance that if the A/C went out in the first summer, we could bring it in and get it fixed. He really pressed the idea of having 6 months to make sure that nothing went wrong, "especially that A/C!" I went ahead and put out the extra money to start my little brother out on the right foot. We took it into my mechanic for an Uber inspection. All that showed up in that minor inspection was a coolant leak. I though that was a good sign. I called Peoria Nissan and asked if it would be fixed under our warranty. No. I pulled out our contract, looked through it. We have the lowest coverage available. You know what else isn't covered? The A/C! Mr. Finance Manager that sold me on this coverage only got me to get it based on A/C being a necessity in Arizona summers, and it isn't even part of the plan he sold me! This week when a tire blew out on the freeway, I took it back to my mechanic. My brother told me that it was making a strange noise after he had changed out to the spare tire. Guess what it was? The A/C compressor! The A/C that we bought the warranty for that isn't covered. As my mechanic is giving it a full look over, he's calling it a lemon. There is a ton of problems. The sales team sold us a lemon. The finance manager sold us a warranty under false pretenses. Last but not least, the service department is horrible to work with. I hope other people rate and report this dealership. This is dirty business. More

I have been taking my car to Peoria Nissan since I moved to Arizona, seven years ago. Two years ago I trade my old Rogue for a new 2019 and I’m very happy with the new Rogue and I’m equally happy with the to Arizona, seven years ago. I was very pleased with the sales experience I had with Martin. He was communicative and very professional. I was glad I could reach out to him, let him know what car I had in mind and that I had my financ Martin. He was communicative and very professional.
