Kyle ostwald repeatedly lied to me now after 2k in repairs they have failed and i was told never to come back there he literally came at me when i argued the bad service i know still have a broken car repairs they have failed and i was told never to come back there he literally came at me when i argued the bad service i know still have a broken car and no warranty. It was not a good experience i now have to take my car somewhere else to get fixed what they repaired and i do have a 1 year warranty but i cant go back so i cant use it. More

From the sales experience to the service department has been a nightmare. First they sold us a vehicle and we put a deposit down and the next day they called and tried to do a bait and switch with a not ne been a nightmare. First they sold us a vehicle and we put a deposit down and the next day they called and tried to do a bait and switch with a not new vehicle with 1000 miles on it. Nope! They gave us a service contract for the inconvenience but I regret coming here for service. I’ve been here 4 times and every time something has happened. First they lied about being able to replace my cracked windshield saying they are the only one that can do it. Not true. Then the next time the tailgate stopped working with the remote and they proceeded to argue with me that it never was automatic even though I’ve been using it for a year. Idiots. Then the next time they literally lost my key to my truck and had nothing to replace it with. Told me they would send me home in an Uber to get my spare. Keep in mind I live 30 minutes away. Yay! Now this time, I have the very first appointment of the day for an oil change at 7am and they did not pull it in until 8am, but his excuse was as that it’s like a doctor’s office, they finish up stuff from the night before. What???? Doctors don’t do that. There is a reason I schedule first appointment of the day. Lastly, they just now told us after 4 horrific service visits that we don’t have to go to this Nissan. Awesome…I will never come here again!! More

Peoria Nissan Not Good for their WORD. Sales Manager lied and they wont honor his promise to me. The Salesman, Buddy, was good. The closing manager, Stephan, was good and did honor his wor Sales Manager lied and they wont honor his promise to me. The Salesman, Buddy, was good. The closing manager, Stephan, was good and did honor his word. The other sales manager who spoke to me that day promised me something but did not put it on the "We Owe." Now he is gone and their upper-management won't honor what I was told when I made my purchase. The previous owner had the truck for a month. He has the 2nd key fob. The 2nd manager told me it would cost me $600 to get a replacement. I discussed that the other owner can steal my truck if he has that fob. I was told I could bring my truck in and he would see to it they get me a 2nd key and change it so the other fob won't work on my a otruck. When I had time to come in, he was no longer working there and the management told me too bad because it was not on the "We Owe." I had no idea that it had to be or even what that was. I had signed it along with dozens of other papers. I took them for their word, now I know Peoria Nissan is not good for what they promise a customer. I have owned several Nissan Cars and another Frontier from Bell Nissan. They never did me wrong, but Peoria Nissan did. More
