I showed up with a tow truck after the service department had closed. One of the service advisors, James Piasecki, made sure that I had a ride home and that my car would be the first one seen after the weeke had closed. My husband and I have bought 3 vehicles here, this last time we wanted to trade a Camaro and Tim the finance sales manager was rude! He was condescending. My husband had an amount on which he wanted for th time we wanted to trade a Camaro and Tim the finance sales manager was rude! He was condescending. My husband had an amount on which he wanted for the trade and the first thing Tim does is come to the desk and says " you are not going to like my numbers". with an arrogance attitude. The poor salesman I really felt bad for him, he was very kind. The only reason why I will ever step foot in this place again is to the service department. Paul Waltz is amazing serviceman. Shame on you Tim you lost the next sales! More
