My husband and I have bought 3 vehicles here, this last time we wanted to trade a Camaro and Tim the finance sales manager was rude! He was condescending. The poor salesman I really felt bad for him, he was very kind. The only reason why I will ever step foot in this place again is to the service department. Paul Waltz is amazing serviceman. I made an appointment to test drive the internet “Sam’s Club” special price for members. After completing detailed paperwork I was able to test drive the vehicle. Negatives: 1. The price Was NOT the one li Club” special price for members. After completing detailed paperwork I was able to test drive the vehicle. Negatives: 1. The price Was NOT the one listed; many additional add ons, I.e. a paint coating that the dealer added on. 2. I was not able to get the “listed discount” if I didn’t use their financing. 3. I was assured they would Not pull a credit report since I was Not asking to finance it = while waiting I was alerted they did indeed pull my credit report. 4. They wouldn’t add gas (it was below a quarter) on used car purchases. They make a big deal by banging a gong when you purchase a vehicle - how about just being ethical and forget the silly celebration. They personified the “used car salesman” asking questions; what do you do for a living, what do you want to trade in, what made you move to the are, how long have you lived here ???.. I just wanted to know about the vehicle (which they hadn’t read the car facts) and have the online price honored. More
