Took my new car in for the 1st oil change and let Alvaro know that I had a Dr appointment soon. He said the normal time is 1 hour or 1 hour 15 min. Dropped off my Leaf on a Sunday due to my work schedule for some needed service. Key drop box was easy to find and in a secure location. Tuesday, car was seen and repaired and done early.
