Pretty painless process. My wife knew what she wanted, found it online, online sales agent worked out a payment she was comfortable with and she bought herself a car this past valentine's day. The only is found it online, online sales agent worked out a payment she was comfortable with and she bought herself a car this past valentine's day. The only issue we had was with the f-bomb the finance guy dropped on us when he finally accepted that we didn't want his warranty. We're not usually that cordial when we're working with thousands of dollars, but, f it... I guess. More

Purchased a vehicle in April, took until June to supply what was promised. Someone dropped the ball. Not an happy experience.
