Nissan said they did an alignment but they didn’t, we took it to the manufacturer dealership to check their work, and they didn’t do it, and now the front 2 tires that were brand new are ruined! Liars!! took it to the manufacturer dealership to check their work, and they didn’t do it, and now the front 2 tires that were brand new are ruined! Liars!!!! They are jerks, the mechanic Pat lies the manager Eric Olson is horrible, ooh you don’t want to do the right thing… I will keep writing horrible reviews. This dealership is horrible do not buy anything used from them!!! They will purposely not tell you things that are wrong so they don’t have to fix it! More

I came on to buy an older vehicle and they delivered. There was an issue with the truck and a miscommunication with the service department that had me fuming, but the next day they had me in a much bette There was an issue with the truck and a miscommunication with the service department that had me fuming, but the next day they had me in a much better vehicle for a moderate increase in price. I am very happy with the customer service I received on the sales end, though my experience with service was definitely subpar. I would definitely recommend them to my friends, and will most likely buy from them again if they can get me the vehicle I'm looking for. More
