I contacted the service department for routine scheduled maintenance on my 2017 Nissan Titan, and was assisted by James Piasecki. He got me in right away with no appointment and, once I was there, thoroughl maintenance on my 2017 Nissan Titan, and was assisted by James Piasecki. He got me in right away with no appointment and, once I was there, thoroughly explained each service available and what would be done. He even pointed out a promotion to help me save a few bucks. Once the job was complete, he went over the ENTIRE service history of my truck. He treated me like I was the most important customer of the day and has solidified my loyalty to Peoria Nissan. More

Crooks and highway robbers. I'd rate them 0 if it was a choice. Went in to see a car we wanted, test drove it and it was evident that the tranny was bad. Not sure why they did not tell this to begin with, I'm guessing they were hoping we would not notice and buy it as is. When I told them that I'm pretty sure the tranny is bad, it finally came out that they basically knew already and so then they offered to fix it and jack up the price by $9K (that much OVER the blue book value). Sorry but I don't take such insanely rude slaps in the face nicely. Then they tried to sell us the car as is at slightly over blue book price... HUH? are you people out of your minds? I will never set foot in that establishment again and will warn my social network which is pretty extensive. I don't remember all the names of people I dealt with but they were either clueless or or literal charlatans More

Service was good, customer service was good. Price was way to high. They charge way to much for labor. $150 a hour and 3 hours for a job that takes less than 1 hour to complete.
