We have leased and bought here and I’m dumbfounded by the lack of service and professionalism we acquired recently. From the unprofessional finance department to the lack of management involvement when every lack of service and professionalism we acquired recently. From the unprofessional finance department to the lack of management involvement when everyone dropped multiple balls. I’m regretting doing any business here. We really did not want to leave a bad review as our sale rep was very kind and we truly believe this is just lack of judgment and experience from the finance and management teams. Maybe their get free gas with good reviews keeps them from working or maybe it’s a lack of treating each person who walks in with true personalized care , I have no idea. But unless your paying cash and coming in with your A game to work out a deal in your benefit…. Run away. Don’t settle. Don’t trust any promise they make after you sign. Don’t believe they actually know Nissan headquarters policy. More

Peoria Nissan is a bad dealership! Selling bad vehicles! I purchased a brand new Maxima – three years later the transmission went bad! Then I helped my son to purchase a new Pathf Selling bad vehicles! I purchased a brand new Maxima – three years later the transmission went bad! Then I helped my son to purchase a new Pathfinder from this dealership. Same thing – the transmission went bad and we had to pay $6,000.00 for a new transmission. Thirteen months later the warranty expired and the new transmission went bad! We took the car back to Peoria Nissan and they wanted to check it again. Four days later they called us to tell us that the transmission is actually good, but I need to replace the spark plugs, belts, etc. for $3,000.00 and it will be like new. Their service manager, Christopher told me that he has the finest technicians in the state working for him and if he said the transmission is good – that means the transmission is good. So I trusted him and again paid him $3,000.00. Took the car home and three days later the same problem. So I went to another Nissan dealership to check it and they told me it is a bad transmission. I took it back to Peoria Nissan and told them that the same problem is there again. Well, they want to check it again. We left the car there and two days later they call me to tell us that yes, the transmission is bad. I went to the dealership and talked again to the service manager, Christopher. He said that he is sorry again but that he will install a new transmission and won’t charge me for labor, just to pay $3,500.00 for parts. He said that he will call me when the parts get in, so that I could bring the Pathfinder back again. That was six months ago – every time I call he is not there. So there you go! I trusted the xxxxx. and got burned numerous times. So for goodness sake, take my advice and stay away from these xxxxx.'s More
Take your money elsewhere. Run, do not walk, away as fast as you can! I have financed cars since I was 18 and have never dealt with such a shady finance department. Customer se Run, do not walk, away as fast as you can! I have financed cars since I was 18 and have never dealt with such a shady finance department. Customer service is subpar as managers will call to be rude and condescending instead of trying to rectify the situation. More
When you here about auto dealerships ripping people off, look no farther because you have arrived at Peoria Nissan. The lies from the F & I department, selling us paint protection plans that are "useless" b look no farther because you have arrived at Peoria Nissan. The lies from the F & I department, selling us paint protection plans that are "useless" because of the miles and age of the car. Only to find out when we tried to use it. Lies from the service department (Manny) lying for 2 months and then having to go to his manager (chip) to get Manny to respond to multi calls over a 2 week period. Turns out Manny never filed the claim with MPP. He had the nerve to tell me to call them directly has you could do any more for me. WOW Sales manger (Ricky) acknowledging to me " I got screwed but hey there nothing I can do about that. Was giving the option of trading in my car to by a newer car, so they can make more money. Way to go Eric with that suggestion. Bottom line stay very clear of the business because they certainly do not give a care about you and simply want your money. Everything I've written is 100% true. I was looking to trade 2 cars. A 2014 camaro convertible 51k miles & escape se 60k miles. Both in good condition. My terms walking in was a truck around 20k with low mileage and a w A 2014 camaro convertible 51k miles & escape se 60k miles. Both in good condition. My terms walking in was a truck around 20k with low mileage and a warranty with no out of pocket expense. They told me my trades were not worth that much and wouldnt even cover the cost of the truck.they went on to say they could get me financed to pay the balance and to get the warranty.I told them I couldnt afford a monthly payment that social security disabilty was my only source of income. They had me give them a number anyways so I said 50 bucks. They come back and tell me that 5k was the least amount that could be financed and the pymts would be 110 but they would give me 2k right now to cover the difference Next I know its now 7k the least amount to finance and 180 a month but now they will give me 4k cash right now to make up thedifference. Then a few days later I see where they are selling my trades for almost double what they told me they were worth.I sent a complaint to the general sales manager in the form of a suggestion and when he called me he tried to explain that they would be putting a lot of money into the cars naming what they had to do and how much it was going to cost them, that they would only be making a few hundred profit from the deal.I know that had to be a lie by not only the fact that some of the things they werent even going to fix but also the prices he stated it was going to cost were obviously the prices they would charge retail not the price it would actually cost them to repair.I can appreciate the fact that dealers need to make a profit but they more than dbld that profit on the two cars for one truck and best I can see is the min. amt they will make off of my trades would be 10k. There should be a law that limits the dealers on just how much they can make on a deal as not to take complete advantage of people. Its like they are given a license to steal If they were willing to give me 4k cash right then to take out a loan why didnt they just give me the warranty. Makes no sense cause they werent the ones doing the loan. More
Corrupt. Dishonest. Evading. Scammers. Unethical. Liars. Disrespectful! Complete evasion of responsibility! I’ve never had such buyers remorse than I do r Dishonest. Evading. Scammers. Unethical. Liars. Disrespectful! Complete evasion of responsibility! I’ve never had such buyers remorse than I do right now with my cash purchase of one of their vehicles! I bought it expecting the AC to work. It had issues since week 1. Was brought in and “fixed” multiple times in 3 months. Still dealing with the problem today and they won’t take any responsibility for their mechanics not fixing the issue. Now they want me to pay for their mistakes!? But they still can’t even show me that they can fix the problem!! Now they’re passing me off to everyone else but the person I keep asking to talk to (Chuck Morris) Also harassment with calls and voicemails from everybody but him. I’m very tired of this business and will do everything in my power to get this story out to everyone so they know not to buy from Peoria Nissan or just Nissan in general! I want this issue to be consulted with him directly and for them to step up to fix their mistakes! More
