One of the best dealership experiences I have ever had. I called for service and got an appointment an hour later, brought my Murano in and waited about an hour and a half while it was repaired. Worst experience I’ve EVER had purchasing a vehicle. I began my purchase on line, because I live in another state. I informed the sales rep that I was approved through my lender. He said that was fine. Af began my purchase on line, because I live in another state. I informed the sales rep that I was approved through my lender. He said that was fine. After a 500 mile drive, I was told by George Visa that I had to go through there lender. After informing him that I knew that was a lie, he informed me that he found me a lower interest rate. Which means he ran my credit… TWICE. While driving back to my home state, I discovered I didn’t have the LED head lights, three of the stereo speakers were blown, and the transmission fluid & oil was extremely low. Good thing I checked. And just when I thought I was rid of them I was informed that they had registered the vehicle in Arizona, and wanted me to pay them $1,800. These were all things I discussed with them that they assured me were taken care of. Oh, they also tried to slip in the premium warranty in on the purchase agreement. I will be contacting The Az. Attorney General’s Office and 3 on your side ( A local news channel in Az.). Their sales practices lack integrity and give credence to the stereotypical analogy of “ used car salesman” Thank god for my lender, ( Sandia Labs Credit Union ) because my Rep. was on it and didn’t allow them to blind side me. So, NO, I would NOT RECOMMEND them for anything. They couldn’t even detail the inside properly. But the engine is good and the price was fair , I found out that they get $1000 from specific lenders and that’s why they don’t want people to use other lenders. If you prefer dealing with liars & cheats then Peoria Nissan is the place to go. More
