Following Sean D.'s lead in "making things right" led to another two trips to Peoria without a satisfactory resolution. Coming down on the promise of a buyback turned into keeping the truck to "fix" the transmission and scratches. Upon another trip down, the scratches weren't fixed, the tint still had particles under it, a new knick added to the trim, and I'm told the transmission is running as it should be. Beyond disappointed.
