Very good experience buying at this dealership. From beggining to end! Everyone was very helpful. They went above and beyond to make it happen. From beggining to end! Everyone was very helpful. They went above and beyond to make it happen. More
I just bought my third Nissan from Peoria Nissan and the service was amazing as usual. Even with their systems being down due to the national incident, they did exceptional work. Elijah Buch was a phenomenal salesperson, and made a great video of the car I was interested in to start the process. Throughout the purchasing process, Elijah was upfront and honest and easy to work with. While waiting for the financing and paperwork, Elijah kept us up to date on what was going on. Travis Garber did a wonderful job with getting me the best financing deal possible and getting everything switched over from my old car to the new one. Thank you, Elijah and Travis, and thank you, Peoria Nissan. I will continue to be your customer. You are all terrific! More
Not sure where to begin with the people at Peoria Nissan. I initially inquired about a 2024 Nissan Titan I was interested in, but looked locally first to get an idea of what our family wanted and test dr I initially inquired about a 2024 Nissan Titan I was interested in, but looked locally first to get an idea of what our family wanted and test drive. Peoria Nissan was quick to say they'd match my trade in price and get me the price per month I wanted with their "huge" discounts, "wholesale price", etc. After back and forth conversation, I was reassured that it was worth the trip to visit them, hours away, and that my time wouldn't be wasted. Made the trip down and was fortunate to work with "Eli" (Elijah) Buch, an awesome sales representative. Spent good time going over features, models, and did a test drive on the 2024 Titan SV, 4x4, Gunmetal color. I enjoyed this process with him. When we moved to the figures part, that's where things went sideways. The numbers they initially offered, and gave another three times, were ludicrous. Absolutely off base, nothing like we discussed, and I asked multiple times to drop the drama/theatrics- I knew where I needed to be for this deal to happen. Of course, at the last moment, they come back with the "best price" and agree to what was discussed previously. They operate on a "don't ask, don't know any better" model. If you go in and not question the pricing, tactics, etc. you'll never get the actual MSRP. This also included negotiations about the "add ons" that weren't an issue initially and then suddenly became added on to the price. I thought the circus was over. Around hour 4 I finally get to financing after requesting the truck to be cleaned and ready to head back home. After all documents are signed I am the notified that the exact truck that was ready to go wouldn't start and they're perplexed as to why. I am shocked too after committing to this vehicle I'm already given doubts about reliability and quality! No worry they say, they have the exact same model and features and will transfer across everything. Whole detailing process starts over again. *Trucks were dirty from a storm, but honestly the insides looked similar- not sure why they were that way. Now going on hour 8, it is dark, and I walk to the new, "exact" truck promised- Glacier white! Sure enough MSRP is the same, but a completely different agreement on a completely different truck- at this point, they are asking me to take delivery on a truck I didn't get to test drive and not what I selected for a brand new, 2024 model. Needing to go home I made conditional guarantees that all would look good when I check it the next day and bit the bullet on the other color. The "gracious" compensation I was given was a sorry $500 that has yet to reach me- why couldn't this $500 come off of the price after haggling hours on their promised price? (Beware, MSRP prices that don't match their online listings.) As soon as I pull out of the lot, when the truck comes to a stop it feels like a hard shift and lurches the truck forward. I thought this was weird, but pressed on home. Fast forward to today, every time I stop on my brand new 2024 Titan SV 4x4 in Glacier white, it lurches or clunks- only to be told with their new warranty and the extra one purchased that there is "no bulletin or recall" yet. I know this review is long winded, but I had to document as it reflects the experience you can expect from the people at Peoria Nissan. And it's an abysmal conclusion: 1) Nissan's known transmission issues are truly that bad from factory and I don't know what reliability issues I've not gotten myself into or 2) Peoria Nissan knowingly pulled a fast one, under the circumstances, to get a customer to take delivery on a truck that had issues. I'm honestly dumbfounded. I'm now waiting on follow-up from Nissan Consumer Affairs to see what will be done. I'll follow up with what happens, but I would be wary and cautious at Peoria Nissan. On the contrary, Eli Buch, my sales representative, cannot be recommended enough and hope he lands at a dealership with respect. More
I can only give you 1 star that's for the water they gave me, I came in to get a new car that was being priced online for a great price, after they up the numbers on all the add-on (things you don't need and me, I came in to get a new car that was being priced online for a great price, after they up the numbers on all the add-on (things you don't need and I'm sure they don't perform on the car until it's an issue and things I didn't want!) it was way way more then was advertised. I am deeply disappointed with the service I have received from Peoria Nissan. Despite my loyalty as a Nissan customer and having purchased both of my vehicles from this dealership, I feel utterly let down by from Peoria Nissan. Despite my loyalty as a Nissan customer and having purchased both of my vehicles from this dealership, I feel utterly let down by the lack of attention to detail and care for my concerns. It is frustrating to think that issues such as the transmission mount causing clunking while driving $1,16.70 and the ABS actuator leaking $2,301.20 could have been addressed before my warranty expired, but were seemingly ignored until they could be conveniently charged for. Additionally, being told that I never reported or complained about these issues is simply unacceptable, especially considering that I specifically requested service checks to ensure any necessary maintenance was addressed. The exorbitant charges for services such as replacing the factory battery only add insult to injury, leaving me feeling taken advantage of and questioning the integrity of Peoria Nissan's practices. I don't want to put a star but it is required. More
I would like to express my utmost dissatisfaction with the purchasing experience I recently encountered. Regrettably, it stands as the most abhorrent transaction I have ever been subjected to. The sales p the purchasing experience I recently encountered. Regrettably, it stands as the most abhorrent transaction I have ever been subjected to. The sales personnel, employing a distressingly aggressive approach, coerced me into acquiring an automobile that was not of my choosing. Despite my explicit request to retrieve my keys on three separate occasions, my appeals were blatantly disregarded. To exacerbate matters, the dealership dispatched an astonishing number of four distinct salespeople to convince me that they were "settling my outstanding car loan," when in reality, they merely manipulated the figures to create a facade of financial relief. Upon proceeding to the financing stage, I was astounded to be informed that the concept of a comprehensive bumper-to-bumper warranty was nonexistent. Consequently, I was artfully coerced into purchasing an additional warranty on top of the dealership's own, a decision I now deeply regret. Although I managed to reclaim the funds associated with this ill-advised warranty, I remain burdened with the responsibility of paying the resulting interest. While I must acknowledge my own error in judgment, I am gravely infuriated by the fact that I repeatedly emphasized the absence of any technical issues with the Altima, expressing solely my personal dissatisfaction with the vehicle itself. Consequently, I find myself saddled with exorbitant monthly payments for a car that I harbor no affinity for, marking the highest financial burden I have ever encountered in my automotive history. The sad thing is that I have excellent credit and really could have purchased a vehicle I liked from another dealership. Bottom LINE DO NOT WORK with Shawn Walton, Eric Olson, Tyler Inman or Seb Banuelos or better yet....AVOID Peoria Nissan. More
appointment on Jan 22, 2024 7:00 AM, arrived early. Tyler the service consultant told me the wait time which was one hour longer the what I was told when making the appointment. Twenty minutes later Tyler the service consultant told me the wait time which was one hour longer the what I was told when making the appointment. Twenty minutes later Tyler told me that because or the rain they would have to cancel my appointment that day and reschedule. It took me over four weeks for the first appointment to be scheduled. I left frustrated about the attitude of the service personnel, they just don't seem interested in their customers. This is not the first time with service at this dealership that this has happened to me. More
Where do I start. Overcharge on everything. Good I know how to deal with people like this. They will always make money off people. Me no. Overcharge on everything. Good I know how to deal with people like this. They will always make money off people. Me no. More
