I brought a quote in from a different dealership, and Penske was able to honor the quote. I was not hassled like other dealerships that I have been to. I PURCHASED 2 HONDAS FROM BILL IN 2003 AND STILL OWN BOTH OF THEM. WHEN MY HUSBAND TOTALLED HIS CAR IN 2009, WE WERE NOT READY TO PURCHASE A CAR AT THAT TIME. SO I LOOKED BILL UP AND FOUND HE WAS STILL AT THE DEALERSHIP AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH HIM AND LOOKED AT THE CRV AND THE ACCORD. 3 WEEKS LATER I CAME BACK AND BOUGHT THE ACCORD. I ENJOY WORKING BILL. AND HE HAD THE COLOR I LIKED....SO THAT WORKED OUT PERFECT. THE PRICE WAS AFFORDABLE, THE PAYMENTS ARE AFFORDABLE AND THE FINANCING WENT VERY SMOOTH. I ENJOY DOING BUSINESS WITH BILL. WHEN MY DAUGHTER IS READY, SHE WILL PROBABLY PURCHASE ANOTHER CIVIC. I LOVE MY 2003 HONDA AND I LOVE MY NEW HONDA!!!! MY 2003 HONDA IS HAVING A PROBLEM WITH THE RADIO, IT TURNS OFF ON ITS OWN AND COMES BACK ON WHENEVER IT FEELS LIKE IT. I WAS WONDERING IF I COULD HAVE IT LOOKED AT FOR FREE OR FOR A LOW PRICE....MAYBE IT IS JUST SOMETHING LITTLE OR MAYBE SOMETHING BIG....BUT I WOULD LIKE TO GET IT FIXED.
