Oil Change/Express Inspection Not a dealership I would go again to get my oil change or any service. Had my car dropped off at lunch and not one honda helper let me know what neede Not a dealership I would go again to get my oil change or any service. Had my car dropped off at lunch and not one honda helper let me know what needed to be done. Was standing there at least 15 min until someone spome to me and a helper direct me to another person while he sat there looking at me. Ok now when i picked up my car service was even worse. No direction, no Hi how can i help you, are you here for a pick up or drop off. Then 2 other customer were told to drop off car to have service done but needed to wait 3 hours for service to be done after they made an appointment. Really NO customer service great at all. The girl who got my car had a bad attitude and left it there running and said nothing to me and walked away. Uuugghh, made me angry. Honda helping service is not what they say. More
