I had reached out via cars. com regarding a Nissan Titan that I was very interested in. At first, the dealer seemed responsive and texted/emailed me about my interest. But then I sent multiple emails and left multiple voicemails with no response for days. I would be coming from 3.5 hours away and I trying to make it clear that I was very interested and to see if the truck could be held for me. Well I had just about given up when I finally got a call back to let me know the truck had sold the night before. The girl who called me ( Camille) was very nice and tried to see if they had any other used trucks in my price range which I was also very clear about, but they did not so she asked if I would consider buying new. I was very clear again with what my price range was and I know how inflated the market is so I knew there’s no way it would work. But she insisted that she check the numbers and send me the best quote she could get. The quote was more than double my price range so it was almost more frustrating that she’d even send me the quote. Although Camille was nice when I was finally contacted, Overall, I didn’t have a great experience. More
